“There were 5 hot serving bowls where you had choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner. You could mix together from any of the bowls and have as much as you liked. There were 5 additional salad plates to add further to your needs. tea and coffee etc. of course. TV in rooms and lounge/bar with many international channels. Sound proofing in rooms excellent. Very comfortable beds. Very friendly staff that I quickly got to know. They were always asking if I had any needs or worries.”

“Everything. Great and helpful staff. The lady who checked us in, Mariam I believe, was exceptionally nice. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Ordered the food and that was good too. Can’t comment on location as it was raining on the day we stayed, so had to use taxi. Sauna and the pool is a huge bonus (on a rainy day)”

“A very pleasant hotel with Western comfort. My room was very quiet, the pocket spring mattress was a treat for my bad back and the curtains made it nice and dark at night. As a bonus, it was easy to connect my smartphone to the TV to watch my own shows. The breakfast was good, with a good selection of fresh produce. I liked that there was a little bit of variation in the breakfast every morning. Those small things make a stay special. I changed to this hotel after a few nights of bad sleep at a different hotel in Atyrau, and I'm unbelievably happy I did.”
