I had difficulty opening the shower gel packets It would've been nice to have more drinking water available I didn't have any coffee sachets, only tea which was a little disappointing The lights and the sauna were always off by the pool

Very nice hotel, with well decorated, quiet, and very clean rooms. Very friendly, English speaking staff, always willing to help. Very good buffet breakfast, with a big variety of choices. Also, has a nice heated swimming pool, a small gym, and a sauna! All these included in a very reasonable price! It's a little bit far from the center of the city, compared to other (much more expensive) hotels, but there's a bus station in front of the hotel, and of course many taxis to use. The hotel also offers very good WiFi in all of it's areas, even in the swimming pool!

Poor breakfast with instant coffee. Restaurant working hours two short. No bar for a small drink. Bathroom needs a renovation.

The staff was very rude and not professional. Especially woman on reception who is on duty 31st of August was sleeping all the night. She didn't even know how to communicate with clients correctly. I wonder how the administration hired a personal like her.

Water in pool was cold and in general pool room was cold.

Hotel was very clean and European Standard, staff was speaking English and friendly. They quickly change the room upon problem. Breakfast was nice and tasty. Location was also cool and near shops as, coffee, ice cream, restaurants and grocery. 24 hours grocery was also very near.

Few electrical outlets which are not easily accessible not very convenient for people with a lot gadgets. The security was trying to engage in inappropriate political discourse with me while I was hanging around the lobby. Not too big of a deal and that’s basically the worst thing I could find about the hotel.

Walking with a heavy suitcase between two buildings through a passage and stairs. The problem was solved with the help of floor staff.

The room was cosy and comfortable. The cleaning lady was very responsive and fixed the issue upon request. The breakfast was very varied and fresh!

It looked like the hotel was trying to save on everything: - WI-FI didn’t work - water pressure was poor, so I literally ran out of water in the shower; almost no hot water - breakfast was terrible and the same every day - there was no kettle in the room - sewer smell in bathroom - outdated furniture Overall, this is definitely not a four-star hotel

The hotel charged me extra money for the swimming pool , but there was no information about it on booking and I never got any receipt for it.
