The interiors are old and breakfast was extremely limited. We arrived at 5am and had to struggle to carry our luggage up the stairs to the entrance. The next morning we discovered that we could simply slide our bags inside through the back door at the reception.

The room was warm and cozy. The area is peaceful and since the property is part of a sports resort, there is plenty of area to walk around. There was a water dispenser at the reception so we did not have a buy water bottles.

lovely place. lovely staff. very friendly. but with a small problem. there were two who spoke English. so there were challenges with communication. but they solved it with a very friendly female employee. who was more than expected friendly and solved the problems. so overall super friendly staff. difficult for foreigners to get a taxi if you don't have Uber. Danes who don't have Uber have to walk a lot. app did not work as it is illegal in Denmark. so it is recommended to buy a calling card locally.

The breakfast. The selections were limited, food was not replenished, and it seemed as though staff were in a hurry to move it away - even beginning before 10. Having said that, they always offered a hot cereal/porridge, which was good.

The one bedroom suite was very spacious, the bathroom and room were very clean. Management swapped out my mattress when asked (the original spring mattress was extremely uncomfortable). Much improved after the swap. Staff were helpful but did not speak English. We used Google translate, which helped. The location is on the outskirts of town in beautiful leafy surroundings, which was fine because taxis are inexpensive. Within walking distance of many parks.

We felt uncomfortable about the following things: At breakfast, a Russian channel was always on - with the news (we didn't particularly want to listen to news), but we were told that the hotel owner was watching over breakfast. On the 9th of May, the hotel was celebrating the holiday, and the waiters wore caps and St. George ribbons, the meaning of which they themselves did not know. It seems to me that pro-russian sentiments shouldn't be on display and above all one should respect the opinion of guests, and maintain neutrality and respect for all people.

- Slightly noisy in the room on the first floor cause of close location to reception and thin door - In the restaurant Russia 24 TV channel was on and talking about the war from perspective of Russia. I asked to switch off cause neither me and my country don't support this aggressive act. The waitress switched off the sound, saying that the owner of the hotel will come soon to watch the news. In my view it is not unacceptable at all. Firstly, the hotel is located in Kazakhstan and should respect the country. Secondly, I believe that for guests it is more comfortable to listen nice music at the breakfast rather than such news. I hope that the hotel will take an actions on this feedback.

the thing is that in one room, there is actually two rooms (closing and separated) with common bathroom. first day we stayed by ourselves, but the other day - they just added someone to the other room. I wanted to prolong staying but after that fact I just checked out. plus, after coming back from the pool to the room I found doors open… but I am pretty sure that I’ve closed it. nothing much, nothing was stolen or removed, but, you know… I felt bad about.

perfect location = very center of the city and amazing fresh air in the cone forest. Very cozy pool, crowded at the weekend, but anyway the personnel gives mattresses to lay on the ground by the pool and brings little tables for the dishes. have a walk on the territory you will love it!

No room service. Even the breakfast served is very very limited. There is not even a proper restaurant to eat in the vicinity of the hotel or even the hotel itself doesn't have one if u r looking for dinner after 8pm. The one restaurant that serves breakfast closes at 8pm, which is strange since guests have to book Uber and go somewhere else for dinner. The bed was creaking and not at all comfortable. The rooms were clean though.

The surrounding areas and the scenic beauty of the hotel is outstanding.

Most disappointing thing - is not letting taxis into the hotel yard - a guest needs to carry his bags about 500m through the inner yard. Bathroom outside the room, breakfast is in another building and it's quite disappointing, while there's no alternatives nearby.

There are no safe in room, also only one trash box, which located in bathroom (but its not crucial). Kettle is a little dirty.

Bed are comfortable, everything you could need (tv, hair dryer, kettle and etc.) in the zone of your hand. The air in territory is the something perfect, I even didn’t used conditioner, because room is enough fresh. Staff is good and polite. Breakfast isn’t so rich, but for such money is very satisfying. Also, there are swimming pool, where usually people chilling.
