The bathrooms could have used a little more attention throughout the day. The capsules are staying too have some minor issues, like no circulation air or the lights aren't working properly.

The kitchen and living area were kept very clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location was prime. The hostel looked very nice.

The finishings are plastic (not very "future") and the communal room light shon through to the top bunk when it was on. Capsule lights turned on randomly at times.

Great location and had filtered water and good kitchen facilities. Laundry was cheap (~$3 AUD) with a good hanging rack.

Worst was the temperature ann lack of fresh air. Our luxury double room was a big capsule which was nice and attractively looking inside, it has a small bathroom. The worst thing inside was that the a/c was working very faintly, it was hot inside and stuffy- not enough fresh air. It added up with insufficient light in the room to a bit claustrophobic vibe. It was difficult to sleep in such hot room.

The design of the hotel is cool, it looks very futuristic. Location is very convenient.

Not the place to meet people

Very cool place to stay if you want a silent environment, in the middle of the city center with a really good price. Would definitely go again

- the hostel had tech issues with the bathroom during my second stay, so the women’s bathroom had to be a shared one for a while

- the location was great. Walking distance from some of the city’s landmarks - clean - common space is kept clean as well - great, accommodating staff - multiple toilets and shower rooms

It was really hot during the night in the capsule (+29) and the ventilation didn't really help to deal with that.

The electric socket in my room didn’t work. Had to charge my phone in the reception and the kitchen. Room has no windows.

Futuristic design, very interesting. Location is great, in the new town, near the main sights. Downstairs there’s a money exchange store with the best rate in town (it’s the one right next to the American school). There’s a big kitchen in the hostel, drinking water available.

Everything was good. Location is top, the hotel is located at heart of the city. Clean and comfortable. The personnel was very friendly. I enjoyed staying in Caps lock hotel.

The pod was very hot, about 29-30 degrees according to the display screen so I had to leave the door open for a lot of the time. The shower head holders don't really work as intended, if you run the water it sprays directly over the cubicle door so you have to hold it while the water is running. I know it's a part of the aesthetic but the blue lights were headache inducing, luckily you can turn them off inside the pod.

Perfect location. The pods and facilities were clean. Plenty of storage for valuables. Staff were friendly. I like the privacy of a pod, everything worked fine except for the AC. Towels and slippers were provided.

I arrived at the hotel ((Having missed my flight, no money in bank, unable to speak language, no phone charger, alone, exhausted, with 10,000k between me and home.)) THE CAPSLOCK treated me like a member of the family.. TRUE HOSPITALITY.. When I asked why they were so willing to help me? Had the bottom bunk of the capsule, and in the middle of the night, the top bunk person woke up and knock on my capsule. Because of that, my lights keep turning on my face, waking me. Did not get a proper sleep. TV is not working. Wifi slightly weak
