Quite clean and comfortable for one night

There is a Chinese restaurant near the hotel, and the whole hotel smells of Chinese food, which is unbearably strong and unpleasant. You can stay for one night if you have no other choice

The kitchen and living area were kept very clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location was prime. The hostel looked very nice.

The bathrooms could have used a little more attention throughout the day. The capsules are staying too have some minor issues, like no circulation air or the lights aren't working properly.

Great location and had filtered water and good kitchen facilities. Laundry was cheap (~$3 AUD) with a good hanging rack.

The finishings are plastic (not very "future") and the communal room light shon through to the top bunk when it was on. Capsule lights turned on randomly at times.

The design of the hotel is cool, it looks very futuristic. Location is very convenient.

Worst was the temperature ann lack of fresh air. Our luxury double room was a big capsule which was nice and attractively looking inside, it has a small bathroom. The worst thing inside was that the a/c was working very faintly, it was hot inside and stuffy- not enough fresh air. It added up with insufficient light in the room to a bit claustrophobic vibe. It was difficult to sleep in such hot room.

Very cool place to stay if you want a silent environment, in the middle of the city center with a really good price. Would definitely go again

Not the place to meet people

- the location was great. Walking distance from some of the city’s landmarks - clean - common space is kept clean as well - great, accommodating staff - multiple toilets and shower rooms

- the hostel had tech issues with the bathroom during my second stay, so the women’s bathroom had to be a shared one for a while

The place it's not what toy see in the pictures. Eventhough I had book a room I stayed in a capsule in a room alone, but it was a closed capsule in the floor I had a terrible experience. It was pretty dirty and It was really hot inside the room without any ventilation, the reception guy brought a fan but it wasn't enough. I really don't recommend this place. It's not worth it.

Everything, the dirt, the smell, the staff was so rude. Plus all the signs are in russian and there is not any english translation.

I liked the futuristic theme of the stay. They have double bedrooms as well apart from the dormitory. The kitchen is huge and they also have complimentary drinking water facility. I stayed at dorm which costed around 1000/- a very good price at a good location. Right in front of Baytrek tower.

Okay, this is really unexpected, but it was my personal view and opinion. 1) The Receptionist were not at all interested in assisting you. They were cold and busy in their makeup and stuff. 2) No bidet in the toilet. I mean. now most of the hostels and hotels are giving bidet facility looking at global tourism. 3) The wifi just doesn't work inside the the capsule. 4) The Capsule is quite hot, around 2:00 am the light went off suddenly and upon asking the front office staff, she came and checked it. It was too hot to stay inside the capsule, not good for claustrophobic . Although I was okay. Basically, I couldn't sleep that night. 5) On booking.com they mentioned about TV and facility of providing earphone. There was TV in my capsule but upon asking at the reception, they denied. Why you are mentioning if you cannot provide the facility? Overall: Never gonna recommend this stay.
