I would not call it a 5 star hotel. Maybe 4 star instead. Some things were lacking like a small bottle of moisturizer in the bathroom. Wifi speed was very very slow which can be a problem if your work remotely.

Location was good. Very close to all the tourist spots in Aktau Room was nice and big and had good view.

The only downside was the loud noise from the roof. If your balcony has a sea view it probably will be near this roof, and you'll need to keep your windows closed to avoid the noise.

This hotel was perfect for our stay in Aktau. We received a warm welcome from the reception team, Nasiba and Nurlan, who were super nice and answered all our questions. Also Assel helped us a lot 😌 Breakfast was very nice👍🏾 The staff was amazing throughout our entire stay, their service and help were exceptional! Our room was very clean. The bed was super comfortable, and the room was spacious. The hotel's location is amazing, with everything within easy reach. It's convenient to get to the city and enjoy a wonderful walk by the beach.

Some rooms, like mine, do not have a good sea view. This is more of a view of the roof. You cannot reach the coast from the nearest door, which is in front of the sea.

Such a great location and view from a restaurant. There were a large spacious room and a balcony. And the view from the room right to the sea. Fancy restaurant with a wall with fish. The coast and the popular beautiful trail along it are one minute away.

This is not a five star hotel. Breakfast is ok but nothing special.

Unique location next to the Caspian Sea. Comfortable rooms. Very nice roof terrace restaurant (don't forget to book in advance).

Breakfast was a little disappointing; the options were quite limited. The location for breakfast was a little strange, in that you had to walk through a ballroom to get to a very small dining area (only about 10 tables for the entire hotel).

The egg cook was excellent. He made our eggs perfectly, exactly how we wanted them. The blini were good, but weren't always available. The selection of juices was always good. Would have liked to see more "Western" options at breakfast but it was okay.

This a high end hotel - the lobby area was luxuriously fitted out with a "French" theme. The staff were attentive and the room was large. The hotel faces onto a pedestrian promenade along the shore of the Caspian Sea, ideal for walks/runs. There were a few dining options in the hotel

Nothing everything was great. Aquarium was a extremely popular restaurant and you will need to book your dinner there as soon as you arrive.

Girls on the reception was brilliant. They even got medication for our kid who got sick. They booked all our excursions on timely manner and was super supportive and professional.

initially didn’t get the type of room ordered, and had to go back up to change , which is not good considering we arrived late and had small kids. the from eventually provided was on a floor/wing with a lot of construction materials around. would have been better to be notified of this as the room was being changed

there is no own beach and the music at night, karaoke or disco which was every night till 02:00 spoils the relaxing nights. that was bad.

It would have been nice to have fresh fruit and yogurt and an assortment of pastries/bread for breakfast. It was difficult to access the sea promenade from the hotel as the gates are locked and one has to find a member of staff to unlock the gates. The air conditioner in my room was not strong enough to cool the room properly.

The location was great for a view of the Caspian Sea. Watching the sunsets from the balcony was awesome. The room was spacious and the TV channels were more than adequate. The staff were helpful and friendly even though language was a barrier.
