Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United Arab EmiratesOne major issue I encountered was the lack of exterior lighting. This is something the hotel really needs to address for the safety and comfort of its guests. The bathroom was small and there was no Bidet.
The Hotel is near the tourist spots, has a nearby bus station and park that you can stroll. We barely stayed at the Hotel, we were out all day! But we really loved our room—it was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, made us sleep well after a long tiring day. The buffet breakfast was good.

United KingdomA lot of the facilities in the hotel were not working (sauna, pool, karaoke etc). The staff were lapse, when we ordered 2 beers and food for the room, the beers were brought up 1 at a time then the food! On arrival, the night manager appeared to have been sleeping, so I had to wait at reception ringing the desk bell. Housekeeping didn't replace the water in the room and on 1 day didn't provide toilet paper. We had to ring reception!
The food was good in the resturant and the room was clean
