The towels were very old and had become yellowish. The pillowcases were also worn out. The mattress was somewhat sunken in the middle and felt quite low. Additionally, the walls were not soundproof.

The price was reasonable. Breakfast is kind of good. The staff is friendly.

Breakfast not acceptable: no coffee & everything was cold (eggs, sausages), not enough for all guest, long waiting for replenishment. Lack of paper in both toilets.

Staff understand the English very well but pretend to not understand things and will roll eyes on your request and wave hands on your face. Worst breakfast ever. I booked hotel for 2 days and when I asked the room to be cleaned and replace the towels and toiletries staff clearly said they “clean rooms in 3 days, so stay or leave ” , breakfast starts at 9am and while asking for coffee at 9:30am , I was informed that coffee is over and she doesn’t understand what coffee is, I mean really. I request managers to check my experience with cctv and validate, also a very valuable advice please keep staff who are willing to work instead of models who need to keep their manicures intact and roll eyes .

check in was a hassle staff were rude besides the young gentlemen who was really friendly . the old woman was very rude and the young woman was not much help . the key to our room did not work so we had to wait for replacement for electric card as manual key could not work as they had no keyhole/lock in the door poor wifi

It could be more clean. The windows are really dirty so you can't see outside. The curtains are dirty. The hairdryer could be more safer.

The price was ok, the location is as well depending on what you're going to do. The receptionist was helpful. The cleaning lady was very nice.

No lift available. If you have heavy luggages you will have difficulties. The walls and the room look old. The bathtube was very dirty. The shower drain was blocked and the water flooded, although i informed that to the recepction, nothing were done against it. The shower almost fell down in my head because it wasn't well attatched to the wall, as well as the faucet wasn't well installed, as to see in the picture i uploaded. These are points that it is hard to accept and understand in a 4 star hotel. I hope they will be fixed soon.

The deluxe suite room is amazing, it is very quiet and very big. I was surprised! The price was fair. Staff was friendly, i needed to wash my clothes and the service was available.

I had arranged a transfer from the airport which never arrived so was stuck at the Airport for 4 hours. This would have not been a problem if they had responded to my attempts to contact them before leaving Kutaisi airport and also when I arrived in Astana. This could be a great establishment if they were more proactive in responding to attempts to contact them.

First they gave us a wrong room (no bathtub, no AC, no working fridge) and when asked about it, she said that air condition doesn't work anywhere in hotel. I knew that was a lie because my friend stayed at the same place and his worked fine. We changed the room to the correct one and there all those 3 things worked ok. The shower at that room was not proparly attached to the wall and almost went completely off. If you are planning on sleeping on the pull out bed, do that for one night only, after that it will be permanently U-shaped.

The furniture in the rooms is significantly old. It needs maintenance and renovation. There is no digital lock system on the doors. There is an old style lock with a key and I have to leave the key for cleaning. In terms of location, it is a little far from newcity and the center. But in terms of price advantage, this situation can be taken into consideration.

Size of room was good. Staffs was very kind and helpfull.

There were issues with the locks which should be fixed. Walls are thin so there was minor disturbance from neighboring rooms, but not too bad after all. Overall the shortcomings were of minor significance for our stay.

This hotel has everything you would expect from a budget hotel. The lobby is nicer than what you would expect in this price category and the rooms are fine. The hotel is good value for money. Beds and furniture were good. Housekeeping was very friendly and helpful.
