Reviews of Flats Hostel

I really liked how clean everything was, the capsule type of beds for privacy, the well equipped kitchen with filtered water and even a co-working space. There is a drawer underneath the bed and a locker in the room with keys for each from the hostel itself to store your stuff, as well as two socket outlets in your bed capsule. Easy to find as well and friendly staff, some words in English

The only thing I didn't like that much was the rather worn out mattrass. Also, by foot it is a little bit far to walk to the main sights, but with an e-scooter or by taxi (both via Yandex app) it's no issue to get there easily in a short amount of time.

Great location (close to a bustling street), comfortable beds (small, capsule style), clean, kitchen, nice helpful hosts, lockers, basically everything you need. And a coworking space on the 2nd floor!

Beds a little too soft.

Actually, everything was great. The location, the staff, the showers, the cheap use for the washing machine, the beds. It's hard to dislike the place.

Maybe that two toilets are not enough, depending on the time of the day.

I stayed only one night in this hostel but totally I don't remember because I changed so many hostels on 4 weeks period of time

Pleasant stay without any disturbances

Sleeping area no air conditioning. It’s summer too difficult to sleep at night. Only air exhaustion is available. Hostel should consider air conditioning at sleeping area.

There is no sign or written the name of this place somewhere outside so to find it: to the red-ish building is the last door all the way to the right….

Kitchen

Toilet only 2 for approx 40 beds. They said initially that we don't have beds. Then I slept on sofa for a night

Location is the key advantage of this property. You will get an Indian hotel nearby and public transport from everywhere.

Great hostel located in a very good area of Astana. Shared room, however with good privacy, once they have curtains in each bed. Clean and warm, it's a really good hostel

Privacy curtains makes all the difference in the world, location is really good, it's right next to a huge supermarket with hot food and a seating area, also walking distance to the waterfront..

Reception has really poor English, and not very helpful, a bit dismissive, and head down on their phones the whole time I was there. Some guests are very inconsiderate, on their phone full blast at all hours of the night.

Personnel is very helpful and friendly. I think the localisation is good, supermarket and bus station nearby. This is a 'capsule' type of dormitory, but I slept super well here. Everything clean and neat.

No such a thing.

The staff was friendly and amazing. Asking every now and then if I need something or If I need help. So that makes the experience good.

The ladder to get up the bed was steep and it's a bit uncomfortable to get up and down if you have a higher bed.

Beds are really comfortable and clean.

Navigation is a bit difficult, many beds packed in 1 room so its very hot during summers.
