It was neighbors who smoked in the room. And it smells awful. Internet connection was unstable . If you improve those bad things it will be excellent 😊

There were some maintenance people that had the room opened for them during our stay, which was sudden and scary while we were sleeping. It was an accident but maybe something to prevent from the happening again.

Amazing location, very close to everything, the exterior of the building is beautiful and our room felt new and spacious. Staff were efficient and polite, which ensured a pleasant stay. Breakfast was delicious and bar downstairs had a variety of great teas.

Value for money ...Friendly and helpful receptionist and staff, lovely first impression of the hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. exceptionally good staff. fast check in, administrator advised nice restaurant and on our concerns about early check out and possibility of need the lunch box he offered to order it and in the morning to decide whether to go with normal breakfast or having lunch box. btw lunch box was one of the best I had) also they have perfect rooms for three people

didn’t like breakfast served on 3rd January, seems another shift as we didn’t see raspberry jam and honey; fried eggs were cold. But I would like to thank kitchen staff worked on 1 and 2 January. Seems good service depends on shift.

Lack of air conditioning made the room uncomfortable both during the day and especially overnight. I tried opening the window but experienced insect bites so had to close it. I needed a taxi for the airport to cater for my bike box but the taxi was too small. Astana could really do with taxis that are estates or hatchbacks, there are too many that are saloons.

Excellent staff. Large, clean room. Decent breakfast. Perfect location for Ironman 70.3 Astana race.

The location is not very close to the centre. There is basically nothing to do during the evening. Also, the prices in the restaurant were quite high and the overall service of the restaurant was actually quite poor. I have been waiting almost 10 minutes just for glass of water..

The place itself was really good! The rooms were quite big with and modern. I think this hotel was made by European standards.

I booked the room for 3 people and texted specifically I need three separate beds. But they didn't prepare beforehand separate beds and enough things for 3 people. And the room was really dirty with bad nearly broken shower and a window just next to the shower, with just curtain on it. With moisture and mold.

The location is good, it's quite and not far from the centre. The street and the building are beautiful. The room is big and comfortable, there is a desk and enough space to sit together with your family. The breakfast was good. The stuff helped is with everything we asked.

There a lots of drawbacks: 1. The first room we went was very smelly, it seemed like someone was smoking there since a while. I am wondering why reception woman gave us this room. 2. They didn’t prepare the room at all. I mentioned 3 people, but there were not enough towels and bathrobe. 3. Quality of towels are awful! Very old and tough. 4. Furniture is old. The sofa is torn. 5. Problem with a bathroom. There is a leakage is the bath, and water doesn’t flow because of clogging.
