The staff was really bad. I need help and i looking for priter to print my visa. Nobody helped me and the staff ignore me. They said I dont know maybee in the city and then start to play the game on mobile. Totally ignored me!

I made the mistake and didn't research much, so that's on me, but there is nothing around... Everything happens on the island, and the last boat is around 6:00 pm, there is a nightfare until 8:00 pm that will cost you around 7€. It is not the most clean place. There were things on the shower from the last person.

If you want to relax I guess this is the place, the swimming pool is big and very nice, you can see the staff cleaning it every day. The food at the restaurant is simple but tasty. All the staff is very polite and I think that is important to mention. Apart from a young man and a nice lady, barely anyone else speaks english, but they will read if you translate with the phone.

Service quality is average, takes 1h minimum to get food which is not very good, outdoors were kinda dirty, no housekeeping during 4 days Only 1 person speaks English and she is not always around so it’s hard to communicate with other staff

The hotel is in an excellent location for excursions in the Si Pha Don area, in the middle of rice fields. The wifi sometimes doesn't reach the rooms, but it was fine in the common areas. Only one student from the staff could speak English. Breakfast was a selection from the menu, excellent Pho soup. The pool is slightly cloudy, but very pleasant and refreshing. The hotel also has a shop with basic necessities. It's a 5-10 minute walk to the ferry to Nakasang. The rooms are very spacious.

The bathroom had not been cleaned before our arrival given. Communication with the rest of the staff was difficult due to their lack of English and the fact that most of the staff is rather young and therefore not that service orientated.

The young man Lichinchiv is essential to the place as his English is very good. Furthermore, he is very apprachable, friendly, efficient and can be relied upon. He seems to run the place 👍🏻 The pool was very nice as well as the outside seating area in front of the room.

Probably due to covid mainly locals staying here.fabulous building very under used seems like a white elephant to me.staff where just youg local girls with no english.badlly trained to deal with westeners.to be fair not there fault.swimming pool was thing only thing good about staying here.

Standard room was standard but still incredible value

Value for money was exceptional and a really lovely surprise to access a beautiful swimming pool in exceptional setting. From the outside the hotel looked unexceptional but the complex was a teal suprise.

There aren’t many places to eat nearby and the restaurant on site is okay but the staff aren’t very helpful. The room itself wasn’t clean, there were bugs, cockroaches and there was an insect nest in the walls. We chose to stay here so we didn’t need to get the ferry to the bus early in the morning but I actually think you’re better staying in Don det and getting the ferry.

The property is close to the bus station for connections to Cambodia or Pakse and only 5 minutes from the ferry to Don det. I would only recommend if you’re staying a short while.

A very nice hotel to stay in the town, easy for parking, clean room with AC and fridge, we also order our breakfast and dinner in the hotel, a young girl who can speak a little English help a lot to us

Plenty of cockroacks Who goes in your bags and stuff. I don't care one or two but this is too much. No water at some point, i had to have my shower outside using Garden hose. Staff doesn't care about what you can say.... Restaurant close at 8... Nothing to do nearby, if i had knew i would have gone to don det itslef.

the staff were exceptionally friendly the hotel manger lychin went above and beyond for us throughout our stay. helped us organise a bbq by letting us use theirs and even taking us to the market to buy the meat. a lovely pool area with large pool and an in pool bar
