It was a good value, good price, the service wasn't the best but overall a comfortable hotel.

The window has no glass, it’s a hole in the wall with metal bars. The mattress is just a metal frame. The receptionist scammed us of a few dollars when paying because they chose their own rates ?? Super far from everything

The room

The staff couldn't speak english well

I liked the reception area where i could prepare my tea with tge water boiler which they provided and a nice sitting area. I like the fact that they arrange both motorcycle rental and bus booking.

The facilities are old. Door nobs and beds need to be replaced with modern version

Decent price

Staff...the guy just can't smile. Borderline rude in handling the transaction.

Location was close enough to most places.

Water was occasionally turned off and wifi a little weak but overall ok.

The staff of the hotel finally manage to find a solution even if I had to lost my nerves. One of the reason was probably the language barrier.

Despite a request on booking the 2 rooms were not side by side. Worst the 2 rooms were in two different building. With 3 children between 7 and 12 I couldn’t accept that. The 2 rooms were different kind of rooms (this was the proposition from Booking not my choice) and couldn’t be therefore in the same building. However as my request was clear I could have had a message from the hotel underlining that my request couldn’t be completed and we would have manage to sort out a solution (take the same kind of room)

Wifi wasn’t great at all

The room was big, with AC, WiFi, a fridge and desk and it was clean. The staff was friendly. There was hot water downstairs (I prefer when the kettle is in the room but it's still ok).

It was a bit far from the center but still ok : 20 min.

Clean comfortable rooms. They gave us a bread roll each day which was enjoyable.

Staff did not speak English very well so there were some misunderstandings, and a mix up with our booking.

- looks better than expected after reading the comments on here - room was a good size and clean

- hard to communicate with staff - location not great. Too far from the centre - no glass window in room just shutters so had lots of gaps. Had to use our towels to cover this - no mosquito nets and there are lots around. Although, asked staff for one and they gave us a plug in anti-mosquito repellent - thought it was pricey for what you get
