We strive to offer a diverse culinary experience, but we understand that sourcing certain ingredients for European dishes can be challenging in this area. We were surprised to read your comments about the traffic noise, as Champasak is a small, typically quiet village. This is the first time we've received such feedback, and we're truly sorry if there was unusually heavy traffic during your stay. It's possible there were temporary disruptions that we were not aware of, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Regarding the tours and experiences advertised on our website, we appreciate your feedback and understand the confusion and disappointment you encountered. Laos is not a high-volume tourism country, and as such, all our activities are tailored to provide a unique, customized experience. This bespoke approach requires more preparation time, especially for organizing minivans, guides, and other logistics. Currently, our team in Champasak coordinates closely with our main office in Vientiane to arrange these activities, as our local staff are not yet equipped to manage travel services directly post-COVID. Rebuilding our comprehensive travel services takes time, and we're committed to improving these processes. For future visits, we advise booking such experiences in advance to allow us the necessary time to create the perfect itinerary for you. As for your dining experience, we're concerned to hear it did not meet your expectations. Our restaurant prides itself on maintaining international standards for quality, hygiene, and food safety, distinguishing us from more casual, roadside options. While it's true these alternatives might be cheaper, they do not offer the same level of assurance in terms of quality and safety.
