A great location in the city center — just a short walk to the river and surrounded by plenty of sites, excellent places to eat or grab a drink. Be sure to try 525 for their excellent cocktails and food. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, and the breakfast was fantastic, offering both local and international options. Highly recommended

We had to pay $15 for a transfer to the airport. It’s only 8 minutes away and a normal taxi would have been much cheaper.

Great location, excellent staff that helped with everything, and a fantastic breakfast. The rooms were big, comfy and had little extra touches like a dragonfruit and an elephant towel. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful wood accents throughout give this hotel a lot of character. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. The bar on the fourth floor is comfortable, stylish and great to have a drink on the balcony that looks out over the temple nearby.

Nothing, I have no criticism or any suggestions for improvement

The staff are super friendly. The location is very central, with lots of eating options around and close to the night market. The breakfast is superb, lots of choice and an extensive menu for dishes they will prepare for you, special mention for the croissants and juicy mango slices! The bar, on the 4th floor, has an outside terrace where you can watch the street, which is very relaxing.

This property is surely one of the best in Vientiane. It combines classical elegance with cultural charm and contemporary functionality. The result is a truly wonderful hotel. The location places it within walking distance of numerous local restaurant and bars in addition to the fascinating Night Markets. The rooms are lovingly furnished, spacious and with very comfortable bedding. The staff are friendly, attentive and very professional. There is a fantastic sophisticated rooftop bar which is serviced by the lovely “Bo” who is both charming and a wizard with cocktails (thanks for looking after us Bo). I must comment on the breakfast. It is without doubt the best offering I have experience in a long time. Full credit to the staff and chefs. Just a well run and wonderfully presented property. The driver was not waiting for me at the right place when I arrived at the train station, so I had to take a taxi instead. However, they offered me a free ride to the airport which I thought was a good way to recover the lost trust.

The breakfast was exceptional. The staff are very caring and attentive.

The wifi didn't work consistently and not good. We had to make a ton of arrangements and just couldn't because of the bad connection.

We told them we came on our honeymoon, and they made the room cute with a swan and flower petals. The breakfast was amazing and the staff helped us a lot.

A little bit noisy at night but it's right in the tourist district so to be expected. Also they were replacing the road just outside. No issues though.

Road outside hotel was being resurfaced so it was noisy + dusty. Location is not that close to the river or to the historic French quarter but is still walkable.

Tastefully furnished with Laotian handicrafts, courteous, warm + helpful staff, and fantastic breakfast spread. Excellent location for visiting 2 nearby wats.

Location good staff were excellent. They arranged trains airport & train transfers and changed our train booking when we adjusted our plans for vang Vieng and Luang Prabang . Room was comfortable !
