The lockers in the room were a bit small for the bags. The beds felt slightly damp when we arrived but we did still sleep okay.

The staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful from the get go. The hostel room was decent. The beds were comfortable and spacious. The bathrooms were really clean and modern. Lovely shower too. The breakfast was decent.

Really comfortable and modern bunkhouse where guests are quiet and considerate. The bed was comfortable and offered some privacy. Good shower facilities. Cafe is really pleasant to sit in and the staff are helpful and always smiling. Only improvement we can suggest is maybe the vegetarian option at breakfast. It wasn't great. Thanks

Room was great and very clean. Staff were very friendly! And the cafe downstairs is cute and serves nice coffee! Breakfast was nice. Pool table and chill out space at the back was also great (take mozi spray!) Great aircon!

The bed was a little firm for our liking and there is no door on the bathroom, just a curtain.

We initially booked a two night stay but ended up extending for a further two nights as my husband had food poisoning. The staff were so accommodating and we were able to stay in the same room. The room was comfortable and the aircon worked well. We didn’t see much of the city but the hostel is walking distance to the main areas and also has a cafe/restaurant attached - the coffee was great. Free drinking water refills provided which were appreciated.

The room was too crammed with beds. The areas reachable by upper beds haven't been dusted for years. The hard metal music in the Cafe was too annoying. The shared bathroom was tooooo small. The check-in process was tooooo slow.

Location is good. The decoration of hostel is urban and convenient for international tourists. Bathroom is very clean. there are multiple choices of breakfast. coffee is not bad. the most important thing is very close to the bus station and riverside area.

There is one young staff during night shift, didn't understand English. No mini refrigerator in the room

staff during day shift is polite,friendly & can speak English very well. The design of hostel is great.Ambient of the cafe also great. Free breakfast provided. Room is clean.Price is reasonable
