Reviews of Sailomyen Hostel

The staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful from the get go. The hostel room was decent. The beds were comfortable and spacious. The bathrooms were really clean and modern. Lovely shower too. The breakfast was decent.

The lockers in the room were a bit small for the bags. The beds felt slightly damp when we arrived but we did still sleep okay.

Beautiful place, recently renovated and the staff is nothing but kind, friendly and super helpful.

Every time I come to this hotel is a good experience for me. The staff is really nice and the rooms super clean :) love it !

Location and restaurant

Good location not far from morning Market. Room bed very clean. Good breakfast with coffee. Second time visited

Toilet is narrow

The place is super clean. Staff cleans the place early morning. Hostel is located at a very convenient location. Jon was super friendly and very helpful with guiding us. Breakfast could use a bit of spices. :)

The staff are really nice and helpful. Room has enough AC. However, the biggest issue with this hostel is it’s super tiny and most of the time unclean shower/bathroom. Also, they lack facilities such as a pool, sofas for resting, tables for drinking etc. Overall I do not recommend this place compared to other hostels in Vientiane.

not a very social hostel

Really comfortable and modern bunkhouse where guests are quiet and considerate. The bed was comfortable and offered some privacy. Good shower facilities. Cafe is really pleasant to sit in and the staff are helpful and always smiling. Only improvement we can suggest is maybe the vegetarian option at breakfast. It wasn't great. Thanks

Reading lamps at the bed isn't bright enough in my opinion. So, if they change the bulbs or provide reading lamps it will be great.

The hostel is amazing! Lots of seating areas inside and outside, breakfast included was great, the staff are nice and very sweet, the facilities are clean and good and the beds were comfortable. Even though I was top bunk I was happy with the bed and the bed felt very sturdy.

My room didnt have too much space and it was hard with everyones bags to move around a little bit.

I had good one night stay. Clean room and washroom. Staffs are awesome. Very good breakfast provided.

No door for the bathroom (only curtain), vegetarian breakfast nicely arranged, but was unfortunately tasteless and not good (would recommend the hostel to rather switch to simple egg and bread options)
