I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the room was comfortable and clean. The highlight, though, was the restaurant. The food was absolutely amazing, with exceptional flavors and great presentation. It truly made the stay memorable!

Everything was awesome. We loved our stay, the staff was so nice and answered to all our questions. We will definitely come again.

It was an amazing stay at cimer saframarine. Everything was good especially the reception desk team, the hotel, the parking, the resto. All the areas in the resort are clean and this is so important. The staff are friendly a lot and the security team as well. I wish them more progress and success I encourage all the people to visit them and spend a great moments with their families there.

I had a great stay at Cimer Safra Marine. The service was amazing, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The best part was the food at the restaurant – it was delicious! The meals were fresh, tasty, and well-prepared. I definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Everything was perfect.

After a 2 hours travel they told us that children are not allowed to swim with hand floats in the pool which make us cancel the reservation

The place was spacious and the view was really nice. We got a duplex room and there's enough space for everyone, we were 4 adults and one child. The pool is huge and kid friendly, and on Saturday there were games for kids and they had a lot of fun.

When we arrived the electricity was off and we had to wait for 2 hours before it came back on. The maintenance guy was so nice and kept apologizing to us, the staff at the reception were very friendly as well, so this must be fixed from the managements side. The AC was barely working for a huge room and we couldn't sleep in the room since there was no AC there so we had to sleep on the couch.

the price is very favorable, the room is spacious, the reption team is cooperative. there are all kinds of courses, a lawn, which is suitable for children of all ages and adults.

I found 4 cockroaches, It is essential to solve this problem by treating these insects.

The staff were rude. They have alot of rules not logic Everything is not allowed and the staff are racist !!!!!
