Having to walk to the beach through the large locker section. Luckily there was a golf cart to transport you if necessary

The property was very luxurious and spacious. I enjoyed the pool area and the resort beach area though it was a bit of a walk but nothing crazy and you don’t leave the hotel premise.

1. I arrived after midnight around 2 Am and they made me pay for an extra night! 2. I had to pay $15 per day for parking! 3. Breakfast is very limited and basic 4. No water hose in the toilet however theres a bidet.

The first room i reserved had a view to the parking although its not the standard room , while the staff were nice to assist in changing the room , i had to pay additional fees for the new room. The staff apologies and offered a gesture of wine bottle which never arrived to the room !

Hotel pool (upper level pool for hotel guests only) had some loose and missing tiles at the bottom that poke your feet in certain areas but that didn’t stop us from enjoying the pool!

Location was great, the room and the bed were super comfortable. The hotel was modern, clean and the staff was super helpful and friendly.

i cant complain but the property asked to send a separate link for payment which was inconvenient to me honestly and confusing. i would have rather paid it off on booking.com for security and privacy reasons

The resort facilities were amazing, numerous pools and the Summerland beach area was great. The staff were very friendly and the hotel in general was super clean and top notch user friendly.

It was really disappointing that 2 of the 4 nights in the hotel I couldn’t really sleep due to private party (weddings,…) going on inside the hotel facilities. The music was too loud, and make it not comfortable. I think that if the hotel really wants to become a 5 star luxury hotel for the guest, they need to make sure their guest could always sleep peacefully.

The staff was great, and always positive! The hotel is really clean, modern and beautiful. One of the better hotels I visited.

Excellent welcome, great staff, early morning coffee with wake-up call, very friendly and efficient guest Services, hotel is a resort close to Beirut airport and easily accessible both from downtown and from the airport.

reception staff (Marcel in particular) so unwelcoming (not the porters but behind the desk). never asked how we were etc. Bar prices incredible. cheaper to have a great dinner out than a round at the bar for 4.
