1- the room is like an apartment but there arent any utensils ( you need to ask for everything) 2- the service from the restaurant is relatively slow and not very well organized (on multiple occasions they forgot the spoons, ketchup, plates etc and you need to wait again) 3- the breakfast is very poor in case u book with a breakfast (it is basically boiled eggs with labneh, veggies and bread, and coffee) 4- the food at the restaurant is not tasty at all

There are many things which included but not limited to: 1- friendly staff especially Perla 2- good location 3- nice pool (child friendly) 4- cozy environment (feels like home) 5- nice outdoor façade with tables and swings

The breakfast was average, but the location is good — a quiet place. However, my room was missing an electric kettle and a hair dryer. I informed the staff, and they said they would bring them, but they never did. I was also disappointed that the gym was unavailable, especially since one of the main reasons I chose this hotel was because of the gym facilities. Additionally, I stayed for about 7 days, and no one offered to clean the room during my entire stay

The staffers are all friendly, the residents are living all as a friendly community, literally you make friends on arrival! There is a nice small market, good pub with great bar tenders and other stores and activities. Saad (the owner) has a welcoming smile and friendly spirit you can sense it around.

The Place needs more people, the staff are very few, the place is good but u have to bring everything with u , its a self service place, for sure not an hotel , for sure not a four stars , 1 star for location and 1 star for the pool , but for sure i will come again knowing that i will bring my stuff and everything i need .

We had a fantastic stay at Le Caravelle. The location was very convenient, the facilities were great, especially the pool and garden areas, but the best were definitely the people who worked there who went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The hotel garden was rented for a birthday party twice and fireworks were used in one of the occasions in the middle of the night while my flight was 6 in the morning i couldn't sleep also the hotel's gym and swimming pool are not for hotel guests only so it was usually crowded with men and young boys which were making lots of noise. The male receptionist is very unprofessional and not helpful at all we asked for toilet paper and after 1 hour we received nothing and i called again he didnt pick up so i went down to the lobby and he said no we can supply it only once because u are staying for a week i dont know what kind of hotel is this actually. Also the bed's mattress was very very uncomfortable.

Wi fi went off every night at 9pm couldn't load anything, no utensils in the room is advertised as an apartment yet there was no kettle one plate and nothing else, reception slow had to keep calling, housekeepers don't come till the afternoon and they never ask if you want the room cleaned, only helpful one was Lucy so ask for her if you need anything

When I arrived, there was no complimentary beverages, not even a bottle water to drink. There was a party in the garden with very loud music from the time that I arrived till very late in the evening. I also wasn’t informed that I need to switch on specific button (electricity switchboard )in order to get hot water for a shower.

The best pool we have seen in Beirut, the room was clean and very comfortable, the outside area and services available exceeded our expectations! The food and drinks were of good quality for very fair prices. We could hang around in the beautiful garden and play a round of Billard, super nice and chilled, and very friendly staff. Thank you!
