Stayed 8 nights in the executive suite, very comfortable and quiet. Staff were helpful and friendly, check-in was smooth. Location is good, close to shops and easy to get around. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Would stay here again.

Matar residence is one of the greatest hotels I stayed at. All the staff are nice people and helpful. MR Michael is an amazing owner who is very professional and supportive. He makes staying here wonderful. This is another home away from home. I do recommend this place for everyone visiting Lebanon.

Comfortable stay close to the airport. It’s more like a serviced apartment . The staff were very helpful. We had a few uncomfortable personal situations and they helped us with them .

The suite was stylish, spotless, and super comfortable, and the jacuzzi took it to the next level. Perfect for unwinding at the end of the day. The next morning, the delivered to my room their breakfast, which is a Lebanese breakfast with labneh, eggs, white cheese, and vegetables. The whole team was kind, helpful, and made sure everything was just right. This place is a hidden gem and I'll definitely be booking again.

It was a lovely stay, we tried the jacuzzi, it was amazing, there is a hookah service in the room that we use on the balcony, Highly recommend.

The view isn't really appealing and the street noises can get really loud especially doing the day but only when you're on the balcony. (No one stays the whole day in a hotel anyways) Inside you barely can hear the noise so nothing to bad (you have to consider to deal with noises when you stay in a big city). We had a water leak in the bathroom but it was also taken care of after we told them about it. The sheets are a bit thick and warm for the weather in late spring/summer All at once these are only minor things and nothing major and if you're communicate with the staff they will help you finding a solution or fixing the issue.

It was a big comfy apartment with a lot of space and equipment. There is fast access to a store, bakery, gas station and other little shops. The staff was friendly and helpful. The price is absolutely reasonable. Also if you like to be a bit more independent and feel like coming to your own place it's perfect. I recommend this hotel and gonna book my next stay in Lebanon here again

The street can get noisy in the day but closing the balcony doors solved that problem.

The staff were very friendly and attentive to my requests. The suite was clean and spacious. Everything was new and modern and there were no issues in the suite. The AC units are incredible as it was very hot when I was there, but the ACs kep the suite cool. Also loved the complimentary fruit plate.

Amazing hotel, great for families. The suite is spacious, especially the living room and the tv is smart so we watched youtube and netflix. Also first time I see complimentary fruits in a hotel so that was nice. The value for money here is excellent, because the price I paid for this suite would get me a small room in other hotels nearby.

The street can be loud in the day but the balcony doors removed the outdoor sound so it was okay.

The jacuzzi is big and fits 2 people comfortably. The living room was spacious, my friends came over and we were 5 people sitting. Also the heaters worked perfectly as the temperature outside was very low.

The location is very convenient as it is in the midpoint of everything. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The suite was very spacious, and the jacuzzi was great. Loved the complimentary fruit basket.

1- the location: if you use Waze / Google maps then you get lost & if you copy the address from Booking.com then that takes to a whole different area 2- the staff: completely unprofessional to the point and here are some incidents A- they provided a very dirty room and when asked to change it they asked me to come down which I did and the second room was even worst and not even ready and again asked them to change it they asked me to come down once more and I lost it at this point & asked them to come and fix it B- asked for Ice which I waited for 45 minutes and didn’t show up & when I came back later at night I found out they entered the room without permission and placed it in the fridge !!!!! How do you enter the room without my permission (huge NOOO) which shows lack of security so don’t keep your stuff at ease of reach 3- the bedsheets were dirty and old

Really enjoyed my stay here. The room was spacious, clean, and the beds were super comfy. Everything worked well, including the WiFi and AC, which was a big plus. Staff were friendly and helpful whenever I needed anything. The location was convenient too, because it was easy to get around and it was quiet at night.
