We’ve been returning to VU'Z for many years, and it continues to exceed our expectations. The staff are always friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming – they make you feel right at home. The hotel is cozy, spotlessly clean, and well cared for. The property is clean, cozy, and very well-maintained, with a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. Interestingly, even though we’ve stayed here many times, this was the first time we actually used the pool – and now we’re wondering why we waited so long! It’s absolutely lovely: well-kept, peaceful, and a great spot to unwind. Over the years, we’ve also tried some nearby luxury hotels, but honestly, they just didn’t compare. VU'Z is absolutely ideal in terms of location, service, and value for money. It offers everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay – without overcomplicating things. Highly recommended – we’ll definitely be back again!

I had the opportunity to stay in the charming old room just in front of the pool for a few amount more, including breakfast. This place is pure heaven. Peaceful. Quiet. The stuff is adorable. I couldn’t dream for more. Exactly what I was looking for. I stayed 5 more nights.

The bathroom is quite small, making it difficult to shower comfortably. However, this is the only drawback; everything else surpasses expectations and is otherwise perfect.

Breakfast and the food overall are both delicious and affordable. The staff are consistently friendly, professional, and polite. The pool, though small, is exceptionally clean, quiet, and inviting. If you're looking to escape the noise of the city for a few days with your partner or family, this place is perfect. The road to the hotel is quiet bad ( not the hotel's fault). The mattress was a bit uncomfortable but not a deal breaker. The shower is a small as many guests said before.

The hotel is quiet good . The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had a pleasant stay for 2 nights. We chilled at the pool on our last night. There are some cats around ( a plus for us as we have 2 cats back home). Located on a hill 5 minute drive from the highway so it's necessary to have a car. There are some restaurants nearby but you can also eat at the hotel as the prices are surprisingly very reasonable. The shower is small as some previous guests wrote, but the room itself is quiet big.

Some noisy guests wandering in corridors past midnight woke us up a couple of times. Not the hotel's fault but it was the only point that fits this section

The only downside is that is the shower is very small

The owner and staff are very nice and helpful. The room is big and very good value for money. The restaurant and bar prices are very reasonable. Over all good location in mid lebanon, easy drive everywhere.
