The breakfast , superb & location is not bad, very quite.

Almost nothing. Maybe the only thing I would change is being able to keep the door open for some fresh air. I couldn't because the new cat, Frisky, was not allowed inside. This made it a little hot inside at times.

I loved staying at an authentic Lucian home in an area outside of Laborie. The couple is super friendly and they are both very willing to help in any way they can with tips and advice. The breakfast was incredible, even taking into consideration some diet restrictions (due to a cleanse I was doing). All in all I would recommend this place for anyone who is curious about a true St. Lucia experience. Get a rental car if you do, to you can get there more easily.

The only thing that comes to mind in my case is that since I don't feel comfortable driving on the "British" side of the road (I'm American), I didn't rent a car and had limited access to transportation. This isn't necessarily the hosts' fault, and they did what they could to mitigate the issue by providing a friendly driver to transport me to and from the UVF airport to the property (not incl in the original price but still reasonably priced compared to the local taxis). Moreover, the driver stopped at both the gas station and supermarket so I could pick up snacks and drinks on the way to the property the day I landed, as well as giving a tour and stopping for photos at a scenic pitstop and beach on the way back to the airport at no additional charge. Without a car, St. Lucia can be hard to get around unless you want to utilize cabs everywhere so keep that in mind when you plan your trip but luckily Anne's Homestay provides a driver option to bridge the gap if you choose to spring for it. The property is also next to a local bar within walking distance (5 min) if you need a drink or a bite.

Cletus and Anne, along with their airport driver, provided a warm and authentic St. Lucia experience from start to finish. Their property was affordable and came with a traditional national breakfast the next morning. I've been to 99 countries around the world and can't think of a time I was hosted by a nicer group of people against a more scenic backdrop as St. Lucia. Especially if your priority like mine was not to venture too far from the UVF airport, this is property checks all the boxes of breakfast incl, economically priced, and typical St. Lucian feel.

It was such a pleasure to stay with Anne & Cletus (& the naughty cat, Frisky!) as they’re a truly welcoming, friendly, kind and considerate couple. Anne’s a great cook, I was spoiled by a huge variety of St Lucian food during my stay! Fab breakfast. They also did their very best to assist me whenever possible, Cletus even making phone calls in order to try to help me book various things around the island. I thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the balcony, watching the Hummingbirds flit around. You can even just see the Pitons from the roof. It’s a very relaxing location in the foothills (about 200m elevation) and is only a 10min drive to the beautiful beach of Laborie. It has everything you’ll need/require for your stay, including a small, equipped kitchen and aircon in the bedroom. It was an absolute pleasure to stay with them & I look forward to doing just that again in the future.

Anne and Cletus are amazing hosts and their property is lovely. Cletus picked me up from The airport and drove me around like a tour guide before going home. He even stopped at an ATM and grocery store Anne’s breakfast was delicious! I was there 3 days and every breakfast as different

I didn't have much expectations as I was in a bind and desperately needed a one night stay. While the property overall was modest, the hospitality far out weighed any optics. I was grateful to have found this and they deserve all the support they can get to compete in the market.

The breakfast and lunch was incredible. I was staying at a resort in St Lucia and food was inclusive, but their food paled in comparison to what Anne provided. It was delicious and obvious that everything was made from scratch. Very fresh and organic.

I really enjoyed the free tour on the island! After picking me up at the airport, they showed me some beautifull viewing points on the island! Also the community is lovely! Felt really home! Ow.. yeah, the breakfast is gigantic! Really tasteful and with local food!

Anne and her husband Cletus are fantastic. They spend a long time every morning cooking traditional breakfast. The breakfast is varied every day. On the Sunday, they invited me for a family dinner that was fantastic. It is really like staying in a warm-hearted home. (I extended my stay twice…) It is some distance from the main road, but the buses are easy to use. And the atmosphere is genuine small village Saint Lucia with fantastic nature around.

Ann's homestay lives up to it's name, you will feel at home. For me Anne and Cletus were my guardian angels who saved me, when I was at my absolute lowest. I had ended up sick in a country i did not know, so after being discharged from the hospital, my mum booked a room at Ann's guesthouse, so I could recover before the flight home. Words cannot describe the gratitude I felt when stepped through that door, and I was met with such warmth and an instant feeling of safety. The table was set with the most divine breakfast, and after not having eaten in 2 days this was a sight for sore eyes. The other guests were lovely and eating together there I finally didn't feel alone anymore. Anne and Cletus accommodated me and my specific needs as I was in a lot of pain and had dietary restrictions due to medications. They also helped me get hold of a specialist doctor on very short notice and drove me to my appointment. I still cannot not think of this without being moved to tears; how in a time of need strangers can become family and restore your faith. The food needs a special praise for itself, I've travelled all over the Caribbean but the food l had here is the best local food I've ever had. I still have dreams about that delicious home baked cornbread, and yummy fish cakes! Although i was too sick to explore the area, i was struck by the views of the piton and rainforest valley bellow. I would love to return one day and explore the area further. This place is perfect for anyone who wants to have an authentic homely experience of st. Lucian food, culture, people and nature.

The closeness of the neighbors. The small spaces but they were well arranged to contain everything I needed. The road to the place was a tiny bit strainious on my car but it neither here nor there.

The friendliness of the owners. They were very accommodating. Asked me what I wanted for breakfast and at what time and everything was even more than I expected.

The guess home is very remote and difficult to get to it. Restaurants and grocery store not close to the guess home.

The staff was friendly and breakfast was fresh and delicious. Nice view of Piton mountain. Typical modest structure . Abundance of mango and guava fruits growing everywhere.
