I had a wonderful stay at the Mountain View Apartment in St. Lucia. The space was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. It had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The host was incredibly friendly and generous, making me feel right at home. I truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting St. Lucia.

Nothing real home from home.

Lovely home from home, and Joyce couldn't do more for us. We had a lovely breakfast and even had a lovely plate of creole food on the last day.

The breakfast provided was very good. Enough to start the day. Paul did a marvelous task preparing it every morning during our stay. The apartment is completely furnace with appliances and kitchen utensils to prepare a meal. The place is comfortable and very tranquil.

Make sure you rent a car to get to the accommodation. Also the road to the house is very steep.

Location. You need a car, for sure. But it is only a 10 minute drive to Rodney Bay.

The apartment was very clean and had a good setup (Smart TV, air conditioning, comfortable sofa and clean dining area etc). I was very comfortable there for the 10 days I was there. Shower was clean on arrival and so was the toilet room. The bedroom was also very clean.

Absolutely zero complaints. Give 100 out of 10 As the name suggests you are on a mountain so lots of uphill. You'll get the best physical workout just walking from the property to the main road and back 🤣

The apartment was perfect. Looks a lot nicer than the pictures show. The host is so lovely. Very helpful. Will definitely recommend highly. Views are incredible and the walks in the surrounding areas did wonders for my workout regime. Those hills required every muscle to work. Don't think my body has ever come back from holiday so toned and legs so shapely. On those unbearably hot days, that mountain breeze was incredible. Massive bonus for those who (like me) are allergic to AC. You can sit outside on the porch enjoying the spectacular views while being kept cool by that cool mountain breeze. At night sleep with the windows open (they all have insect screens so no mosquito bites) and let that breeze blow through. Perfect recipe for the best sleep. Hardly needed to use the ceiling fans. Property has AC but that breeze was so effective you probably won't need to use it. Area is very safe

The building is very pretty and apartment is a perfect size with a great mountain view & balcony to sit outside! It does sit steep on a hill but was fine once I did it! Host is very nice!

Some people may find walking up the driveway a bit challenging - it’s pretty steep

Joyce is a super host. She was so kind to us during our stay. Sometimes she even brought us home-made treats. Mountain View really felt like being at home. Our apartment had everything we needed. It’s a little way off the road from Rodney Bay to Monchy (pronounced ’Mon-shee’ but it’s easy enough to walk down (25 mins) or take the 1E minibus down to the highway (1.75 ECD). A taxi back will cost somewhere between 30-40 ECD. Our stay felt like a really authentic experience… thanks to Joyce!
