I can't think of anything I specifically did not like.

I enjoyed the location. Very close to the mall. Also liked having cold filtered water available in a few locations on the property. The staff was very willing and helpful. The breakfast buffet is always the best part 10/10. The pool was warm in the night that was nice as well. Comfortable bed and beds were made and room was cleaned daily. Coffee and tea and sugar also provided.

Breakfast fairly good,but the menu at times was a bit off.I got a milk cup a the bottom had a roach or some other thing in it. But I already used it and drink my tea with it . The staff just apologised.The towels sometimes smell like egg.

Upkeep on the property could have been improved (looked like it was in it's prime a decade ago). Staff were a mixed bag with some friendly and outgoing, others not so much. Too much emphasis on U.S. currency instead of local currency (usually means paying more).

Breakfasts were varied and good quality. Location near stores was convenient and a free shuttle was provided to the beach. Taxis were available everywhere at reasonable cost. Pools were clean and grounds well maintained.

It was a bit of a trek to the room which was a bit tired and needed refreshing but I should say we were only here for the night so only booked the most basic room. For some bizarre reason the light switch for the main light was across the room from the front door so we were fumbling around in the dark trying to get some light.

Very good breakfast. Nice little basic hotel kept spotlessly clean and friendly staff. The hotel has two swimming pools. Great location within easy walking distance of good bars, restaurants and beach. There was also access to the other hotels in the Bay Gardens group.

The only negative, during an otherwise very enjoyable stay, was the inconsistent and sometimes very slow service in the restaurant.

We stayed in a Croton Suite which was comfortable and spotlessly clean, with a small but lovely swimming pool directly outside. The suite was reasonably well-equipped, our request for some additional items was quickly met. Housekeeping was excellent and the grounds were pleasant and well-maintained. Breakfast was plentiful. Great location for local supermarket, shops and restaurants, and the complimentary beach shuttle was a bonus. We needed medical treatment during our stay which was quickly arranged by a highly professional front desk staff member. Unfortunately, in our panic we didn't get her name, but our thanks to her and to Ms Jackie and Ms Gustave for their reassurance and kindness throughout!

Room was smaller than I expected and water in shower did not get as warm as I would’ve liked.

Location was great, and access to beach at the resort is a plus. Breakfast was decent

Restaurant staff often not very cheerful. Obsolete shower fittings not up to standard (difficult to control hot/cold). Uninspiring breakfast menu.

Spacious room, effective air conditioning, pleasing pool area. Proximity to bars and restaurants, shuttle service to beach, access to Beach Resort and sun loungers without paying extra. Good egg counter at breakfast.

We were given an old room at the back of the property initially and were quite unhappy with it, but after the first night they then moved us to a much better room which was clean with lots of natural light and new appliances including a TV and fridge. Our new room was also very close to the pool and main breakfast area and had a small patio which was wonderful. Thank you to manager Erin for listening to our concerns and moving us to a much better room! We really appreciate it! She was very accommodating and made sure we were happy with the new room.

Property quite tired and needs updating. Pools are very small and shallow, we only ate in the restaurant once and the food wasn’t great at all, the vegetables were cold

We booked a room with outside space but were given a tiny room with no outside space. The manager was very kind and moved us to a suite on our 3 rd day which was lovely. Beautiful room with a patio

Wasn't quiet at night on the floor there were these random loud noises, not sure if it was the ice maker but it was loud. Needs updated outlets.

Simple hotel, a bit dated.Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was great, able to walk to local shops. Enjoyed the shuttle too and from beach. Laid back!

The room was close to a busy road. Pool/beach towels and room safe locks were hard to obtain.

Great location! Short walk to the mall to get groceries and other essentials.. also a short drive to the beach and gros islet fish Friday

Experienced some issues with the hot water in the shower on the last 2 days of the visit.

Breakfast was good and friendly staff.

Near store and food outlets, felt safe, very attentional staff.

The bed was too hard. Didnt get good sleep.

The beds including the pillows need some cleaning or changing - they were smelly and the mattresses have some major sinks in them making it very difficult to be comfortable for long periods.

The breakfast was very good and location was perfect for our purposes.

Staffs couod have been more freindlier , attentive and courteous . Restaurant staff , particularly breakfast staff were not friendly at all .
