The mattress was extremely comfortable. However, for the price paid, it was disappointing that the room smelled strongly of old mold. The room could definitely use some improvements—a fresh coat of paint, a new mattress, and an updated bathroom would make a big difference.”

The location was excellent, with plenty of great bars and restaurants nearby. The room with the walk-out pool was lovely, and the breakfast buffet was exceptional. The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Breakfast was a bit hit and miss. Eggs weren't cooked to order and dishes often ran out and were not replenished at all or if they were, not quickly enough.

The restaurant offered a good selection of tasty dishes for lunch and dinner and the bar had a very wide selection of drinks. Prices for both were very reasonable. We liked the fact that the hotel was popular with St Lucians, many of whom chose the hotel for birthdays and other celebrations. The atmosphere was also very relaxed.

We were not aware that walking in the neighbouring streets was dangerous, and we were threatened by a group of youth with a knife, demanding our bag. We alerted the hotel who were responsive, the police however were unresponsive, and would not come and take a statement from us.

Breakfast had a great selection of choice, staff were friendly and provided everything needed. The rooms had everything that was needed, and were clean and spacious. We loved the fact that it was a walk to the beach.

The organisation of breakfast was chaotic with slow refill of many food items and a long wait at the egg station. There wasn’t much information about either rooms or the environs readily available . However, staff were usually very responsive - you just have to ask for everything!

Beautiful room (pool view suite) with great amenities. The staff were friendly and kind. The hotel is a nice size- not too big. Lovely pool area.

As they were renovation part of the restaurant, breakfast buffet was a mit chaotic as a lot of people were quing up for the omelette and therefore blocking access to the rest of the buffet.

Very much liked that lunch and dinner was a la cart and we were able to choose what we wanted to eat. Great selection and delicious meals.

The bed was a bit firmer than our preference. We thought that we booked a room with a balcony, but it was just a sliding glass door with no room to sit outside.

The staff was all very friendly. Really cool location with close proximity to a nice beach as well as access to the town with shopping and food. We visited with our 10 month old daughter and requested a crib. The crib was in our room when we checked in and was perfect for her. Breakfast was ok, but lunch and dinner at the on-site restaurant was amazing (get the ribs).
