Stayed 01 night there. Room was very clean and spacious. Surrounding was calm and quite with a beautiful lake view. Would recommend for anyone who wants to have a peaceful vacation.

Desperately needs mosquito nets on the bed. Situated next to a lake so lots of them around - we had about 15 in our room on the first night which was such a shame as it was all perfect apart from that!

Gorgeous rooms - spacious with comfortable beds, garden is beautiful and peaceful. Good distance between Galle Fort and beaches too but definitely would recommend having a car if you stay here! Free water refill & laundry too which was very useful

It is a well laid out beautiful property with 4 luxury Villas and a very convenient location to Galle City with all the luxury amenities and a very good host Ramyajith ensured we were comfortable The room was very spacious with a well laid out kitchenette and very comfortable bed

Communication at check-in and throughout our stay could have been better. When we checked in, we were just given the key. We weren’t told about breakfast times so I forgot that our booking even included it. We then received two texts and a call asking why we weren’t at breakfast. We also went searching for a kettle for hot water in the evening as we weren’t aware a locked door in the room was access to a kitchen. Perhaps if this was clarified as check-in or if there was an information card in the room then these issues wouldn’t have happened. This property has so much potential.

I agree with other reviews that this property has so much potential. - The room we stayed in was large with a/c and a very comfy bed - The shower was also great - The property sits right by a lake and it’s quite a unique setting - Well located away from the main road so you don’t hear traffic. This is replaced by the sounds of nature - Comfy chairs on the veranda

The breakfast was pretty bad with no selection . Lack of furniture in bedroom even though bedroom was very large by standards. And the only seating area was on the balcony, which was shared by complete strangers next door !!

Nothing really. An information sheet in the room or sent by message through Booking.com would be helpful though for arriving guests (wifi information, where to find drinking water, what time breakfast is available, etc).

One of the best places we've stayed at in Sri Lanka! - Room was very clean, big and spacious. Big wardrobe as well with lots of storage and hangers. - Property is off the main road so we had slept soundly each night as it was super quiet. The bed was big and very comfortable. - The A/C and fan worked perfectly. - Shower was amazing and had unlimited hot water with tons of pressure. Shampoo, shower gel, hand soap and bath towels all provided. - Breakfast was different and delicious each morning. We could watch monkeys in the trees while eating on the top floor. Property is gated and felt very safe. The owners were very kind and helpful with anything needed. Would definitely stay again!

Silent, green, fresh, spacious and clean nest in the proximity of the Fort, which is reachable in 30 min walk along the main road. Private access to a kitchen and the laundry is a great plus.

Room was large, clean and very comfortable. It had access to a kitchen with fridge and kettle. Gardens were beautiful and well maintained with lots of wildlife and view of the lake. Breakfast was wonderful too.

We've read lots of reviews saying places are fantastic but this is the real McCoy. Everything is great.....Location, property, cleanliness, staff, food, size of room, bathroom, huge balcony....... Beautiful garden, great breakfast, great opportunity to see wildlife, absolutely lovely staff who went the extra mile even getting us a fridge for our room.

Nice and cosy place, great to relax from the busy life elsewhere in Sri Lanka. Nice view on the lake and into the palm trees, with birds & monkeys. The Breakfast was nice as well, you get to choose between a western or traditional meal.

The villa is a gorgeous location on top of that the host is very humble and caring, and the way he hosted our stay was stunning, He helped in every bit from arranging a barbecue party, and delicious food or dropping us to the location when we couldn't find the transport the host's were there.. Please book the property without even giving a second thought your stay will be amazing......

We loved how quiet and peaceful the property was! It was very clean, the family were very kind and when we had any questions or problems they fixed it right away. They were always available and gave us Ana amazing experience. One night they even let me sister join in on their family party which was very kind of them, as she had not been feeling well.

Had a mild bad odor when entering. Only 1 nightstand stool at bedside. Other person doesn’t have a place to keep their phone.
