The room & bathroom was big but was musty. Choice of food limited and very average. The faucet in the bathroom sink had too much pressure and water was splashing out of the sink. Location and property is just average and I thought with the money paid one could get a better property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was spacious with a large comfortable bed, ensuring a good night’s sleep. The ambiance was quiet and cozy, which we truly appreciated. What stood out the most was the owner’s exceptional hospitality. He went above and beyond by driving us to the bus station and even flagged down a bus to take us to Kandy. Highly recommended!

The service was amazing! Every desire we had was accomplished. It felt very safe and nice. The shower was a real treat and the rooms are very spacious. We played football enjoyed the river and the pool. The food was great and in general very personal service. Our best stay until now we would love to stay more.

Cannot thank the staff enough. We had the best 7 days on Sri Lanka thanks to their amazing hospitality. The room was massive and we had 2 interconnected rooms that were very clean and well maintained. The food was incredible and well worth paying for half board. My kids asked if we could stay forever! This place will have a little place in our hearts and I honestly cannot recommend the place enough. Thank you

Very friendly personnel For our family 2+2 we got apartment with 2 separate rooms, 2 separate bathrooms. Lot of square meters Restaurant is good. For kids from Europe, eating only pizza/pasta is very good. Swimming pool is good

And let's talk about the food — oh my, culinary heaven! Each bite was a delight, and we left with happy taste buds. But it's not just about what's inside; the surroundings are pure magic. Arika is nestled by the enchanting Dhambulla Oya, adding a touch of serenity to the stay. Plus, being close to Dhambulla city center and the famous cave temple was a huge bonus for exploration

The property is very close to Dambulla, but still in a very quiet place surrounded by the nature. The room was big, comfortable and well designed and furnished. The food was excellent too and the people working there has been lovely! A shame we only spent one night there.

The furnishing of the rooms and layout of the property was exceptional. It's a well maintained building and the staff was always ready to deliver an exceptional service. The manager was very accommodating to our requests and ensured we had a comfortable stay.

Our room was very large - somewhat in need of maintenace and had a leaking AC unit which could not be fixed. Also issues with the water as one of bathrooms didn't have cold water so it was too hot.

Nice place, really nice staff and the jewel in the crown was the cooking. We paid for half board and the food provided was excellent. It was far better than any restaurant that we went to in Sri Lanka and was up to 5* western standard cuisine (or better). Really not something we expected but were continually impressed with each meal.
