Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.

By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

CanadaOur tent wasn’t ready until well past check-in time which was challenging as there is nowhere else to use the washroom. We also missed the nature walk as the staff did not tell us where to meet. We were able to go on the evening nature walk but found it challenging to hear our guide as they took quite a large group at once (~20 people with one guide).
It was a quick drive to the park and the safari portion was very good. They also served a lovely candlelit dinner that we really enjoyed.

AustraliaA lot of the food given to us was not vegetarian, we had enough to eat, but it was disappointing to be given meat repeatedly
The staff were really friendly and helpful, especially Indunil. Organising safaris was really easy and they had an excellent guide. The location is excellent and the site itself is fantastic with lots of wildlife close by - including a loris!

Saudi ArabiaNot much
We have a very nice stay at this beautifully done glamping tented site. I cannot say more about the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, especially the front of house Indunil and even more especially their chef Chanaka. He took it upon himself to make us a special safari packed breakfast including nicely prepared guava for me when he found I liked it! The tents are quite roomy, clean and comfortable with a fan, light and plug in. Water bottles provided and flashlight for their night nature walk. The dining area is very romantic with bonfire and barbecue nearby. Individual tips are not expected but nice tip for the collective staff at checkout would be appreciated. If you wish to attend there is an evening talk and a night nature walk on the path surrounding the property. Each tent had a nice veranda with chairs and table which makes for a very enjoyable night under the stars. Bring mosquito spray, though we had no problems with them. As mentioned in a previous review their bathroom section is smallish butt efficient with power shower sink and flushable toilet. All in all we had a wonderful visit and can't recommend it more highly.

United KingdomIt definitely felt more like camping than glamping, the beds weren't very comfortable and everything seemed a bit disorganised, the evening meal is served very late (to say you get up at 4.30 for the safari) and it was never clear what we were getting. Lunch was extra for the safari too. Not a huge issue but for the price I expected a bit more.
The staff were brilliant and the safari was excellent, our guide was very knowledgeable and respectful of the animals. The camp is lovely and peaceful and there is a small bathroom with shower in the tent so you don't have to go out in the night.

United StatesPoorly maintained tents and WC facilities.
Location and staff made the stay worthwhile. A good promotional price attracted us but the budget tents are very worn, washroom facilities are not well-maintained and don’t drain well. We knew not to expect any luxury, but with the scorching heat of April, showers were a must, but unpleasant due to below standard facilities. The staff was very professional and accommodating. The night walk and dinner by the fire was the highlight.

NetherlandsA bit overpriced. I recommend coming during the day so you can see the property in daylight.
Well maintained tents. The safari I booked at the property was amazing, we saw 2 leopards. Our guide was the best and very passionate. They let me share the jeep with a couple, as a solo traveler I really appreciate that :)

GermanyIt was amazing staying there! It's really close to the national park and the Safari is arranged right from the Camp with great guides! All the staff was very nice and helpful. In the evening there are free little walks around the Camp and the food was really good. It's a special experience to sleep in the nice tents outside with all the jungle sounds. Would definitely come back. Thanks a lot!!

SpainSome people already mentioned the price-quality. Room is good price but the food is a bit expensive but it was nice (3 course meal at night and breakfast some fruit, bread, snack and cake).
Safari tents were luxury for tents, own bathroom and a bed with space to put your stuff. Staff was very friendly and it felt like an all inclusive stay, didn’t had to think of anything and safari was nice.

Sleeping in a tent in the middle of a park! You have a spacious tent, with own private bathroom. You get spoiled by a delicious dinner by the bonfire and fall asleep to crickets during the night

NetherlandsBig game is a very nice way of spending time in the theme of the national park. The safari tent was more luxurious than I thought it would be with a private bathroom and the bed was very comfortable. The staffs friendliness is of another level and the food was also really good. Since you are very close to the park the area is quiet but the team organizes different activities during the day. I also booked my safari via big game and the naturalist was very knowledgeable which makes the experience even better. I had a great time and would definitely book again!
