As for movement around the property, our jungle environment requires specific safety measures as we border the national park. We advise our guests not to venture far without a staff member for their safety. However, there are designated safe pathways to the restaurant, relaxing areas, and other facilities for guests to explore freely. In terms of check-in and check-out times, we do our best to accommodate early arrivals or late departures when informed in advance. If not, adhering to standard checkout times ensures fairness for all our guests. We’re sorry to hear about your discomfort during the safari and your thoughts on the dinner. We’d like to clarify that every tent is cleaned by our housekeeping personnel, and we always advise guests to keep the tent zipped up when entering and exiting to prevent uninvited guests. If any do find their way in, we encourage guests to inform us immediately, and our team will attend to it to ensure a comfortable stay. Regarding the meals, we provide a 3-course set menu, and many guests have mentioned that the portions are generous. We apologize if the quantity was less than expected for you. Additionally, the meals and drinks provided depend on the package booked, and any additional items are charged separately as we do not offer an all-inclusive package.
