Decent stay close to the beach but far away from the main Mirissa beach and restaurants.

Excellent room in villa with a lovely garden, in a quiet location close to the sea. The host was very helpful arranging tuktuks for us and helping out with train times etc.

The lordhouse was really cute and helping. He prepared lovely breakfest. Only few meters to the small but quit beach. Near to accomodation small local fast food.

Clean Cozy pocket-friendly bunglow with very helpful and friendly host Naali. 10 mtrs from the beautiful thalaramba beach that is not very crowded like Mirisa. Thalaramba beach has scuba, snorkelling surfing, fishing, whale watching etc. Naali can help u with booking all these activities. Rent a scooter( if u hv a valid license) , hire a taxi and all ur needs. Overall you will leave Bougainvilla beach guesthouse with good memories.

Only thing we didnt like was saying good bye to Bougain Villa guesthouse and the host. Will come back soon.

Friendly and helpful Host Nalaka Nice Breakfast, 10 Meter from the calm beach Worth value

If you are coming to Mirissa this is the best spot. you are right by where they snorkel for turtles and there's no need to go out on a boat. And I would recommend absolutely not going out on a boat because the boats are destroying their habitat. Especially if you have your own snorkel you can do it yourself. The owner of this guest house is absolutely adorable and so so friendly. Make sure you opt for the lunch as his mother does the home cooking and it's delicious. You can sleep with the windows open and hear the waves... just heaven.

Sadly, in front of the guesthouse they are building another hotel or something so in no time the view will be obscured.

Peaceful, spacious place near a beautiful, but secluded beach (safe swimming spot too). Kind service and cozy atmosphere. Close to the tourist zone, but far from the crowds.

Eateries a bit of a walk away, but not a serious problem.

5 minute walk to the beach. Quite clean and owner is friendly and helpful.

Old furniture that smell like mold, like the bed and the cabinets. Made us feel uncomfortable.

This is a pretty villa with garden by the beach. The rooms are spacious and super clean. The host is very gracious and welcoming.

During our short 2-day break in our Sri Lanka trip, we stayed at Nalaka's own willa, which is located very close to the Mirrisa region. He was like our friend rather than the willa owner to us. He is very kind, polite and has a very friendly personality. Willa is a little far from the Mirrasa crowd (7 minutes by tuk tuk)It is a place surrounded by nature with a small beach nearby. İts better than mirrissa beach crowded place definetly.The breakfast is the best we have ever seen. The cleanliness and size of the rooms are very good. We thank him very much and we definitely want to come again. It is recommended to everyone.

Everything here is absolutely great. An ideal private beach, delicious food, a comfortable room, wonderful people and of course the owner who created everything and continues to support it. Time seems to stop here, you feel like you’ve been here for 2 weeks instead of 2 days and you don’t want to leave at all.
