Some of the drawers were dirty or had a hole inside, but it was not a big deal for us.

The host was very nice and the location was amazing, very close to the beach.

Lovely staff and locally owned. Owner is a super chill dude and the location is calm and serene, you can go to the beach in 20 seconds or just chill the whole day in a hammock. Highly recommend. Cheers to Lahiru

Perfect location, very close to the beach. Has a kitchen you can use and is a very cosy vibe. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The bed is very comfortable. You have your peace and quiet when you want it.

The water in the shower can be a little temperamental but overall the stay was wonderful.

The accommodation was perfect location just a short walk to the beach and all the main shops. The bed was comfortable and free tea and coffee and water. The outside area was always clean and tidy with relaxing music on which made the place a completely tranquil environment. Overall stay was very relaxing, even extended my stay.

I liked this hostel because it jas a great vibe and is close to the beach (2 min walk) It has a few private rooms and one dorm so its not the biggest, which i like. The room is only with single beds and is quite big. There is free waterrefil and the restaurant (buddies cafe) is a nice place to just have a chill or get some amazing food! The people are also very nice and will help you all they can. I stayed here 4 nights!

I only stayed one night however would've stayed longer had there been vacancies. Very chilled out, homely atmosphere. The room was clean and the staff made sure I had everything I needed. You can nip straight down to the beach and just a short walk into the hub of town.

Great place and very authentic. Lovely size room with huge bed. Massive bathroom with fantastic shower. One minute walk to beach and restaurants. Lovely garden area to chill. Free coffee water and use of fridge. Fantastic friendly staff who were very helpful. Great value for money highly recommend

There was no planket to sleep, but you‘ll probably get one if you ask, towels are provided. I had my own planket with me so I didn’t really care. Also it was a bit warm with only a fan for me but I think that’s up to anybody’s preference.

It was a very nice little home for the night. It’s very basic. You get water, tee, coffee for free which is really nice. :) Worth a visit if you just pass through AB.

Bathroom was disaster sorry. We are use to very local condition but these place need cleaning. Water is problem in Arugambay in general, but here was used well watter through the water tank and somewhere mistake happened because water was smelly and orange. Staff warned us to not drink the water but we weren’t able even brush the teeth or wash the face. Also there is no privacy, windows couldn’t be closed properly and since there is restaurant at the property we could hear everything.

Good location and staff was very kind. I think they maintain the pllace it can be great place to stay. If your kind of hippie and you don’t really care it’s ok. Bed was clean and comfortable.
