Great acceuil with tea and cake, with the best tea we had in Sri Lanka. Very cozy, nice wood smell everywhere, nice decor overall great vibe. The shower had warm water, albeit with low water pressure. Good location at the doorstep of Nuwara Eliya.

Comfy place to stay, enough space, nice bathroom. Good location, not to close from the center. The host was very nice.

Good location. The room was cool, but the staff provided a heater. Breakfast was good.

The pillows had an unpleasant smell, so we had to place our own items on them to avoid the odor. I think they should be replaced. Another unpleasant situation happened with the driver provided by the hotel. We had a trip to Unawatuna, and the driver did not know the route well. The price of 30,000 LKR was agreed upon with the hotel owner, but in the end, the driver asked us to pay extra for the road. This was very unpleasant, and it’s not about the money. The car’s air conditioning was not working well, and it was hot inside. We spent 6 hours on the road. I do not recommend booking a taxi through the hotel.

The location, the staff. They provided us transfer to the places we wanted to go at a very good price. On the check out date when we left at 5:30 they gave us packed breakfast.

It was very cold the first night. I couldn’t sleep. The next day they gave us a heater and it was ok.

Very warm welcome. Convenient location (close to Victoria park, walking distance to city centre). Clean room. Excellent breakfast . Nice living room with sofa.

The location was good, easy walk to the lake and the town. The staff were lovely and breakfast was great.

Place was under renovation, which made the place dusty and noisy. Some rooms had no hot water. The walls were too thin so could hear in other rooms and noise from the street.

The staff was very friendly and hospitable. Specially Haritha was very helpful.Location was good.

The staff was very kind, welcoming dedicated and helpful, this deserves 5 stars just for that :) Furthermore the place is comfortable with a nice véranda with Flowers for breakfast.

Great hosts

The build of the property has lovely woodwork and lots of plants to make it cozy.

The walls were thin that you could hear people talking downstairs and the smoking lingered upstairs.

Large room with a front seating area. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. Good quiet location about 10 minute walk to the main part of town. The supermarket is a 5 minute walk the other direction. The breakfast was very good toast, omelet, mixed fruit plate, yogurt, marmalade, cake, and tea or coffee.

Nice hosts, very helpful. Good location, close to shops and restaurants. Very good value for the money.

Cozy B&B, clean, comfortable and very centric. Walkable to the city center. The staff is great. Hassi, from the hotel, arranged to show me around the places I wanted to visit and for a good rate. He was great company and safe driver. The continental breakfast is also very good and complete. Lastly, I work remote and the wifi was reliable and worked perfectly for what I needed.

Good location and a comfortable stay

This property is gorgeous - reminds me of a chalet and well located. Whilst the bedrooms are humble the buildings architecture is well done and the breakfast area is particularly wholesome. What really stood however is the staff who were warm, generous, friendly and accommodating. Thank you for making us feel at home :)

Everything was good! Nice personal, sweet and very clean room. As well, we liked a breakfast, it was tasty)
