Great place in the middle of the nature! Super nice friendly host with high english level, 3 beaches nearby, saw a varan, monkey and hekko! A beautiful buddist temple in the vicinity. I recommended my friends who were coming some days later also to stay at this place.

Perfectly quiet and tucked-in little getaway to enjoy the beach nearby without the touristic hustle and bustle. Very sweet family

most important for me: almost no mosquitos and really good air quality (mosquito net is there anyway). best value what you get for your money for me so far in Sri Lanka. great location ( it's really quite but you are in a couple minutes at the beach) the Family is warm-hearted. I even could order a dinner which was really delicious. I give 10 out of 10 rating

Lovely room with a large comfie bed, mosquito net, and white linen. No aircon, but it had a great ceiling fan. Fridge and kitchen area with basin cooking facilities, kettle, and plates with cutlery. Modern tiles and a lovely veranda to relax on. The owner was so friendly and helpful. She organised her brother, who owns a Tuk-Tuk to take me into town - Galle Fort area, for dinner, and he collected me to bring me home after I had finished exploring the area. The safest, most careful Tuk-Tuk driver I have experienced in Sri Lanka after 8 days of touring. He also drove me from Galle to Weligama for a super reasonable price. The bathroom floor is tiled, and I was given soap. It is on a quiet road a little out of the city, so very peaceful. It was SUPER reasonable for a one night stay!😁

    Nothing, no breakfast was provided.

Super nice place! It was actually more like a small apartment, with bedroom being separated from a kitchen (with a table and a fridge), which I didn’t expect. The place was very clean and had two fans. The bathroom had some open spaces so I was a bit hesitant in the beginning to book it, as I thought some bigger animals may enter it, but it wasn’t a case at all and it gave me this tropical holidays feeling looking at the palm trees from it :) The hosts were also very friendly!

The way to the beach is a bit tricky, not really on the road but partially on some rocks and soil, but maybe it was just me not being able to find a better one? It wasn’t exactly clear on the maps how to walk to the town.

    Property response:

    Thank you🙏🙏

The apartments are conveniently located on a small hill in the jungle, offering a peaceful and green environment. You can reach Unawatuna Beach in 10-15 minutes on foot and Jungle Beach in about 20 minutes. The area is surrounded by lush greenery, and the walk itself is a pleasure with beautiful views along the way. Shops, fruit stalls, and cafes are all within walking distance. If you enjoy walking, the location is perfect! If not, the hosts offer bike rentals for easy transportation. The apartment has everything needed for a comfortable stay – a fully equipped kitchen, fridge, a separate bedroom and living area, and a clean bathroom with a simple and charming design. There is no air conditioning, but the fan was more than enough to keep the room cool. For the price, this is absolutely the best option! Highly recommended!

It‘s was a very nice experience in the jungle with a lot of monkeys around, but you can still go to the city, beaches etc. Within 15 Minutes walking. We felt very welcoming and also got food from the host family so we were able to try same homemade local dishes! Highly recommend!
