Sri LankaSome of the guests there were rather rude to the staff trying to assist them and were trying to make it uncomfortable to others around. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I felt bad for the staff.

An old man / woman or a child would face a big problem. The reception's staff were very slow, even though there were not too many customers!!

Sri LankaMy family and I (parents and siblings) spent a weekend at Cinnamon Bey Beruwala, and it was truly a memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, the resort’s ambiance, facilities, and service made us feel relaxed and well taken care of. The amenities were top-notch—from the spacious pool to the well-equipped gym and serene spa, everything was maintained beautifully. A special thank you to Shehani and Sarindu at the reception. They were extremely welcoming and friendly. Shehani went the extra mile by walking us to our rooms while explaining all the amenities, their locations, and timings, which made our stay smooth and organized right from the beginning. The buffets at the Büfe restaurant were outstanding! There was a deliciously wide spread covering multiple cuisines—from Sri Lankan to international dishes—and everything we tried was fresh and flavorful. Easily one of the best buffet experiences we’ve had at a resort. There was a minor slip-up with room service, but honestly, it didn’t take away from how enjoyable the overall stay was. The staff’s warmth, the beautiful location, and the great food more than made up for it. We’re already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you, Cinnamon Bey, for making our family getaway so special!

IndiaIndian vegetarian food options need to improve. On the beach, there are bunch of natives, who are trying to do business w/ tourists, sometimes it becomes annoying.
The location of this resort is good. River meets see at this place and there is a lagoon just in front of this property. Good options to relax and play. Badminton (in open), cricket, table tennis, volleyball etc. They have a band, which plays live music in evening; played couple hindi songs for us. Rooms are just fine; we took sea facing rooms.
