Very clean. Comfortable large bed. 5 minutes to the Hikkaduwa beach. Friendly and attentive owner. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing stay near to the ocean. Room was super clean. Staff were very helpful and gave lots of recommendations.

Very good place, room is spacious and clean. This is truly unique accommodation, which located near the beach. Breakfast is with many varieties of local foods and fruits. Best breakfast ever I had in Sri Lanka. Owner Hansitha is very honest and helpful. I can recommend this place to travelers who looking for both short & long stays also, because the hotel have everything what you need for long stays.

It was truly enjoyable! The place was very spacious, calm, and peaceful, which made it a perfect spot to relax. I really appreciated the comfortable atmosphere and the quiet surroundings. Highly recommended…!

Fantastic place with an exceptionally friendly staff. I have stayed in many places in SriLanka and in Asia, in general - but this place is by the far the best place I have stayed in terms of rooms, atmosphere, price and owners. Delicious Breakfast. Very clean rooms and bathroom. I booked a room on ground floor, but the owner allowed me to use the balcony on the top floor. That was a great thing. If somebody need, you can book rooms and apartments with or without air conditioning if you wish, and you can also book rooms upstairs and downstairs. This place is truly a gem which very close to the beach.

Good host, very nice place

The hotel was so lovely. Rooms are simple and including everything needed. The whole property is very clean. Bonus point is anyone can use the upstairs terrace. Beach is about in 120m from here. Everything was positive at Cinnamon City!

The location is super convenient, with plenty of nearby shops. The owner is incredibly kind and sweet, always welcoming guests with a warm smile, which really makes a difference. There are two room options: one with AC and one without. I made the mistake of not checking beforehand, and ended up picking the non-AC room. It wasn’t the best decision, as the warm weather made it tough to sleep at night. With such a great location, I definitely would’ve enjoyed my stay more in the AC room. Many beaches nearby, I went to turtle.beach by walk for 15 mins and local food shops near by too.

Very nice and comfortable room in a quiet area which close to the ocean. The place is clean, neat and budget friendly. We just want a room with aircondition but additionally our bathroom had a hot shower also. We stayed for one day and received excellent hospitality. There was an open sitting area with tables where you can work and eat. One of the best accommodation in our trip. I'd love to go there again. Thank you for everything!

Only positive impressions! This small hotel is new and clean. My room was on the ground floor and it was enough for me. If anyone need upstairs, they have upstairs rooms also. My room had both aircondition and hot water. Had a convenient kitchen which can use common. Excellent location - In the very center, but at the same time not in a busy place. Fish market, Beach, Pharmacy and public transports are within walking distance. The owners are really nice, they always willing to help.

Everything was clean & well presented. This small hotel is running by a very lovely family. They helped me in everyway. One of my best stay in SriLanka vacation. The Beach is about 4 minutes short walking distance. Would highly recommend & next time in Hikkaduwa would return to stay with this lovely family.

I honestly liked this stay and it would be more comfortable if having an Air conditioner in this room future

The bathroom was fresh and had hot water. Room was nice and it was airconditioned. The owner Hasitha was much helpful. WiFi is normal and enough for my use. Work friendly environment.
