Friendly staff with good condition of the room

Actually the road leading to the hotel is very delapidated condition and needs a urgent repair .Otherwise sooner or later there will be tyre damages in the vehicles.

To reach the property it was bit difficult.

During my stay at the hotel, the care taker, Subash was very cooperative and nicely behaved person. He was an allrounder doing all work himself.

We were a group of 6, so we had the entirety of one of the apartments. We liked the location and sitting on the balcony having cups of tea from the plantation we visited along the way whilst soaking up the views of the mountains. Easy walk into town and to the main attractions, and the hosts were very friendly throughout, making us an early morning breakfast for when we left at 5am to visit the plains.

All the facilities were available as listed in the app. The caretaker "Prasad" and his family is really friendly and helpful all the time. The breakfast we had was simple and delicious. Owner was calling me few times during our stay to check that we are satisfied with the facilities. I highly recommend this place to stay with family or friends. More of a peaceful place with the view of the mountains with a small waterfall as well

Approach to the hotel is a bit tricky but I guess that's with most of the hotel in any hill station. But the view as you look from your room window is simply mesmerizing

Staff (Prasad) was very accommodating. He served freshly cooked breakfast on both days. Though local breakfast was not in the menu (complimentary) and since we already had western breakfast on first day, he arranged Local Breakfast the next morning on our request which was equally delicious. Hotel also provided accommodation for our local driver.

The owner, Mr. Nilanthadep is a wonderful host, always smiling and ready for a good conversation. He and Prasad made sure we had a good comfortable stay. The hotel is nice and well maintained with lovely views of the mountains. They served a nice breakfast and helped us order the lunch and dinner. The warmth of the hosts is worth appreciating and noting. A recommended stay!

Can't say I didn't like anything but yes, the approach is a bit difficult and you would need a skilled driver to help you get there. The road is quite steep and not in the best condition.

Small bed not enough for 2 people

Hi Once we checkin to the resort it was amazing view and gesture , but the given room is not comfortable for 2 people we have mention this also to the caretaker.

If it is raining, it is difficult to bring luggage in the hotel as our driver was not able to park his car in front of the hotel.

Very clean hotel. We got a huge balcony compared to a tiny room. The washroom was good. Good breakfast.
