We reserved 2 rooms. In one room Tv was not working. Management have to pay more attention on the basics while the staff is working at their maximum level.

Nice location. Staff is very friendly and an exceptional hospitality. From arrival to departure they tried their level best serve us in an exceptional level. From front desk to restaurant, room service, engineering, thank you all for the exceptional service.

Just restaurant service. Me and my partner ordered ala carte for dinner at the restaurant. We waited for a very long time for it maybe around 45 minutes or more. Quite a long time

Meals were repititve for all the days. Lack of seafood options eventhough the hotel was in the coastline.

There where alot of mosquitoes. And the bed sheet was not very clean, also the ac stoped working suddenly but as soon as i mentioned all this at the reception, they apologized and helped us out immediately.

It was a big and nice property, everything was there, a nice view, the ocean, a big garden and a pool which was very clean and well maintained. All the staffs were really friendly and helpful!

The only improvement I would suggest is the bed linen and towels, as they could use a little update for a more comfortable experience. But overall, the staff’s warmth and the beautiful location made it a stay to remember.

Wonderful Stay at Earl’s Reef Beruwala with Amazing Service! I recently stayed at Earl’s Reef Beruwala with my family, and we had a fantastic experience! The location of the hotel is perfect, just a short walk from the beach, and our room had an incredible sea view The hotel also has a lovely garden area that provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere during our stay. A special mention goes to the Food and Beverage staff, particularly Gihan, who made our dining experience so memorable. He was always attentive, friendly, and went out of his way to ensure we were well taken care of. We also want to thank Dilahra at the Front Office for being so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay — He truly made us feel like valued guests. The pool, though small, was always clean and well-maintained, Morning beach was amazing and evening beach times with he family was great too. The food was tasty and worth the price. The only improvement I would suggest is the bed linen and towels, as they could use a little update for a more comfortable experience. But overall, the staff’s warmth and the beautiful location made it a stay to remember. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets did not meet star-level standards; they were quite basic. Additionally, the restaurant staff did not replenish the buffet items once they ran out. When I inquired about this, the restaurant manager responded with an indifferent attitude.

The room is decent, and the place has a nice ambiance. The staff is generally fine, except for the restaurant manager.

The hotel should invest in maintenance and repair of the hotel as you can see the signs the hotel needs renovation. There's not a lot staff can do in this case. When we checked in we realized the bathroom was not very clean and it had hair left from the previous guests. Management should train and educate staff. Wi-fi is not good and can be improved.

Great value for money. The staff is amazing and they are trying their best to accommodate your requests and give you a great service. Super calm and quiet and facing the beach. We preferred this hotel to Cinnamon Bay which is next to this, because Cinnamon was too crowded, including the garden and pool. Here we could use the pool without too many people and not a lot of children running around. The breakfast and dinner buffets were very nice as well.

Service could be more prompt, as it took a while in fulfilling ask around stuff you need as part of your room: adapter, iron etc.

Staff was really kind..they upgraded us to a superior suite, especially the manager who made things happen promplty, as it was my sons bday and he wanted to stay in a room with a bath tub. They also arranged a cake for him, which made his day. The room was comfortable and big, bathroom too was really nice and the attached gallery had a fantastic view. We really had a good stay.

Location was a concern .Its 1km inside the msim road and in Beruwala with nothing much around.Everything is in Bentota so u need to commute if u need anything or want to explore some good restaurants or learn surfing.

Very beautiful property with water front They even gave us an upgrade. You can relax and enjoy a lot at the property itself

Wifi was soooo slow. That really annoyed us.Some of the toiletries were missing ( toothbrush and toothpaste, body lotion, conditioner). Iron was missing too.Had to call them to get them.It took a good amount of time to get the hot water. We let it open and ran it for a while to make thr water warm.

Very good staff, our room was upgraded into suite which was really nice. Lov how easy to access the beach.

Noise on the corridor can be heard from the room.
