Some cobstruction works going on, but during the day time. So when you come back aftet hijing, exploring no problem, quiet.

Beautiful location, new swimming pool, friendly ownet. A little out of the town, but they bring you to town with tuktuk, on the way back they charge a small amount. Nice view from your iwn terrace. They arranged very cheap transport for me to Yala.

The water pressure in the bathroom was a bit low but not terrible.

Lovely hotel in Ella with beautiful views. The staff are polite and friendly and also provide a free tuk-tuk service down to the town and a return for a small fee. They were happy to pick us up late in the evening which was much appreciated. Breakfast was good and the room was comfy.

There was some noice since they are building a pool. Not a big deal and the pool will be a very nice addition once they are finished. Hot water is also not always working.

The view from the room is absolutely beautiful. The location is perfect. Peaceful and calm, yet a 10 min walk from the city centre if you follow the train track. A/c in the room, but not really necessary. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

They are currently expanding and doing some construction work on the property. Because of that, it was occasionally a bit noisy outside our room, and there were moments with strong smells from tools like a circular saw. It wasn’t constant, but still noticeable. Once the work is done, though, this place will easily be a 10 out of 10.

A beautiful hotel in a quiet, remote location. That said, it’s only about a 10-minute walk to the town center if you cross the train tracks, and around 45 minutes to the Nine Arches Bridge. It’s safe – you can hear the trains coming, they move slowly, and it’s what everyone does. The hotel was very clean, the staff was super friendly, and the room had an amazing view. Breakfast was incredibly tasty. We stayed two nights, and each morning we were served something different – both times the food was excellent.

For this price it was an amazing stay! We had a Tuk Tuk picking us up and also they provide a free Tuk Tuk ride into the town and 800 SLR if you want them to pick you up as well. The room is really big and spacious and we also had a little private tree house where we can see the landscape and also a waterfall.

Very low water pressure in both the shower and sink, which was quite inconvenient. The terrace is actually a shared passageway to the railway track, so there is little privacy — other guests regularly pass by, and it’s easy to see inside the room if the curtains are open.

The accommodation was very good overall. The location is peaceful, and it’s only about a 10-minute walk to town if you take the railway track (which is quite common in Sri Lanka). The official road to the property is much longer and in poor condition, which can be inconvenient if you’re arriving by car. The room was very spacious, breakfasts were excellent, and communication with the hosts was great. During our stay, there was ongoing construction in the surrounding area, which made it quite noisy at times, but we appreciated that the hosts offered us a small discount because of it. Another great feature is the laundry service available on-site. All in all, a solid and comfortable choice.

It's a bit far from the city centre. But they are proving free drop to the city centre.

The location was super. The Ravana Falls can be seen from the balcony. There is a private viewpoint just beside the room. The owner and staff were amazing and extremely helpful. The breakfast provided from the facility was very good. Value for money

There can be a central fan in the room as it gets hot during the day.

The property has really beautiful view from the balcony. You can see Ravana Waterfall and Little Adam's peak. The room is very spacious and comfortable. The owner and the staff is really sweet and helpful. The property is located a little far from the main city but they provide complementary pick up and drop service. I reached late around 7pm but they still offered me the tuk tuk pick up which was really sweet and helpful.

Wonderful room with a balcony overlooking the valley and waterfall. The air con and fridge were very welcome in the heat. The hotel provided a free tuk tuk into town if needed or it took 15 minutes to walk along the railway tracks.

This is a beautiful property with incredible views of the surrounding area. It is a peaceful area away from the town but not too far to walk or use the Tuk Tuk service provided by the staff. The property is clean and comfortable with everything you might need. The best thing about this property however is the hospitality from the staff who are very helpful and friendly. One example of this is when they made up a lovely takeaway breakfast for us when we needed to catch an early train out of Ella.
