It was great, especially the attention of the staff (Tharusha). Close to the sea, hot water.

I wish there was a pool also 😅

The property was amazing and very well-maintained. The staff were extremely polite and went out of their way to help us with the menu, our luggage, and even allowed us to enjoy our own drinks in the restaurant. It truly turned out to be one of our best nights in Sri Lanka.

Epic is located in a tranquil environment and it always utters the calming nature of the place which is like a little fortress. The structure of the buildings will prove it. Anyway, the worm welcome of Mr. Tharusha was there until we left the premises as he was very cordial and concerned about our facilitation. Rooms were specious and has been furnished with comfortable beds and chairs. Bathrooms were equipped with quality materials & hot water heater is working well. Mr.Saman was a nice person to have a conversation with & overall staff were very nice to treat us even with a smile whenever they see us. To mention about the meals, it was a delicious English breakfast.

Very lovely staff in a great location. The hotel is located in a nice antique building with a wonderful green courtyard. The staff was so helpful in every aspect!

Excellent location, a short distance from the sea. Lunch was delicious. Room is spacious and comfortable. The staff were very helpful.

The bathroom sink had some leaks.

Loved the place, the staff were really sweet and lovely very helpful for everything. Especially evening staff. We really enjoyed our stay from start to finish cant fault anything. Breakfast was nice they provide decent options. Would recommend.

Nice and helpful staff is the best I can say. In addition they've got a little but cool bar/restaurant

No pool in the facilites, however they have an agreement with the next hotel to use their pool for affordable amount of 5€ per person

This was our 4th day of our road trip and we stayed here for two nights. The staff were absolutely amazing! Janith, the manager, gave us a tour of the property and truly stood out – he's the pillar of this place, and we experienced great hospitality from him and the rest of the team. Shanka was also fantastic. My partner is lactose intolerant, and Chef Indasiri went above and beyond to prepare fresh coconut milk for us in the morning – such a thoughtful gesture! While we didn't catch everyone's names, every staff member we encountered was friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious, comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and well maintained. The property itself is beautiful and in a great location, close to the main attractions in Unawatuna.

We didn’t try the food as the menu didn’t appeal to our tastes, but everything else about our stay was excellent.

The hotel was so beautiful and right next to Unawatuna beach. Facilities were very clean and modern with rooms serviced daily. Buffet breakfast was really nice and Samantha Sankar and the other guys were very kind and helpful. We will definitely stay here again if we come to Unawatuna. 10/10 for everything

The hotel is very pretty and I also liked that the room was spacious and clean. The bathroom had a partitioned shower which is quite hard to find in Sri Lanka. The AC worked very well and the room was very comfortable.

Very welcomed by staff. Upgraded to larger room with no ask. Very large and comfy bed. Good breakfast. Perfect location
