Beautiful villa, in a quiet location, best breakfast we had in Sri Lanka, owner super friendly and helped us with our onward travel to negombo by bus, even phoned the driver to stop just outside to pick us up on route !!

Everything was okay and up to standard. However, it would be better if the attached bathrooms were a bit bigger and more spacious.

The location and food were excellent. We had both lunch and dinner, and the meals were delicious. Their friendly service added great value to our experience.

Our stay in Anuradhapura was a pleasant experience. The property is peaceful and private, offering a relaxing atmosphere. The owner and staff were always helpful and ready to assist whenever needed. While it's located a bit away from the city center and sacred sites, this adds to its charm, providing a quiet retreat from the busy areas. The room was well-equipped with great amenities, a good shower, and everything needed for a comfortable stay.

The hotel is clean and tidy, a few km tuktuk ride away from the centre of Anuradhapura, Our room was large and comfortable with good air conditioning and a balcony area. The gardens are well kept, We only stayed one night but had a great stay, coffee was served on arrival and breakfast in the morning was nice. Our host was very knowledgeable about the local area and history of Sri Lanka and arranged our onward travel for us at a very reasonable price.

We were welcomed very warmly by the owner. He made sure that our stay was as pleasant and comfortable as we needed. The room was spotless, the view from the balcony was amazing. And the overall setting was mind calming surrounded by nature. It was a good breakfast with delicious pancakes. And the tour he arranged for us was also a nice experience! Location is quiet a bit from the center so without a vehicle its a bit of a distance BUT even this they sort out for you. As the owner drove us to his recommendations for dinner. Thank you again!

Bit further away from the center so need to take a tuktuk. But you get the quiet surroundings in return.

Lovely villa with clean and comfy rooms. The owner is very friendly and is there to give information on activities nearby or to organise dinner. We did a safari to Wilpattu that was very well organised.
