We loved our stay here. The owners are really kind and can arrange everything for you. This really made it two fantastic days! The swimming pool is great for a refreshing dip and the sunbeds are really comfy. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic time at Gangadiya Lodge! The whole family was extremely welcoming and took great care of us, providing us with excellent recommendations for restaurants and trips. Breakfast was delicious, and the garden was amazingly beautiful with a lovely pool for cooling off in. It's a very peaceful place, away from the main road. But everything is easily accessible.

Everything perfect. They helped us with anything we needed. The know well the places you want to go and help you with many facilities. They helped us with Tuktuk travels, safari booking and even a taxi to Trimcomalee. The breakfast, rooms and swimming pool were really nice too. We would repeat if we come back to Sigiriya

Nice place to stay, cosy and friendly owners. Little pool, perfect for the kids. Breakfast was very good. We got some nice tips and information from the owners. Room is small, but comfortable.

After showering in the bathroom it is important to dry up the floor otherwise we experienced frogs coming in. The lodge is a bit far, though walking distance, from the restaurants in the main road, bit the staff have a tuk-tuk to take you there for a small fee.

The staff were very kind and helpfull. They helped us to arrange the trip to Lions Rock and safari. They also helped with transportation by car to our next place. The breakfast was so good and included both eggs, fruit and srilancan specialties. The pool area was nice.

A very warm welcome after our long flight. Family run, small lodge in the jungle with abundant wildlife. From the small swimming pool perfect bird and butterfly spotting, complemeted by the occasional giant squirrel and monkey. Nice breakfast and super service, especially the tuktuk service by Malish!!

The property had a beautiful setting and the pool was lovely. The breakfast was really nice and the hosts made us something different every day. The best thing about our stay were the hosts. The family were so hospitable, kind, and were happy to help us with everything we needed. They arranged tuktuks and a safari at good prices. I even left my e-reader in the property when I left and they got it to me at my next location. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay at Gangadiya Lodge! Heshan and his brother made sure we had everything we needed. From arranging an elephant safari to just driving us to where we needed to be in their Tuktuk, nothing was ever a problem!

Location is very serene but a little out of the way for walking anywhere, but the tuk tuk availability ensures you can always get to wherever you want or need to be.

Comfortable basic stay, delicious breakfast, excellent service from the owners- no ask was too much! Definitely use them for tour recommendations and planning!!!

Such a beautiful, quiet, clean property. The food was superb, the pool was great, but the family were the best part - cooking dinner and breakfast, arranging our elephant safari, suggesting restaurants and booking transport for us. Thanks guys!

Beautiful breakfast and the hosts were very accommodating and lovely. The room was clean and basic but sufficient for our needs. We didn't try the pool as we were busy, but it looked inviting. They support you with tuk tuks and local food recommendations which were good..

Wi-Fi didn’t work which wouldn’t usually bother us but the ESim we chose also didn’t have signal. Was not recommended to walk into town at night due to the wildlife so needed tuktuks each way but they were not expensive.

We liked the pool. We had early morning trips out so the hotel arranged for takeaway breakfast which was really tasty and very traditional breakfast. Close to sigirya rock. Beds were comfortable and room was clean with mosquito nets and aircon. Good location for the jeep safaris that are on offer.

The lighting in the room is bright white/blue which makes it less nice to stay there.

Really friendly hosts. It was raining the first night and they immediately texted us if we wanted to have dinner there.
