A little bit out of the centre but it’s a nice walk to get there. Aircon/ceiling fan is quite weak.

The location was perfect, it was calm on the hill and we had a great view from the balcony. The host family was really kind and helpful with everything we needed. They made us a delicious breakfast with different variations. We would definitely come back.

There is a steep gravel driveway to access the room that cars are unable to drive down. Thankfully I have no mobility issues and the staff always offered to help with bags/luggage but just be mindful of this when booking.

The staff were super helpful and very prompt with their communication (mostly via WhatsApp). They also helped organise transport (either Taxi or Tuk Tuk). The breakfast was incredible, which was served on the balcony between 8-9am (depending on preferred time)

Since the stay is nestled at the edge of the hill, there's a 20m downhill stone road that you need to take to reach it. If you are driving a Tuktuk or a car, this will be a bit problematic for you. This is a very minor demerit that comes with the beautiful view.

Loved the view and the hospitality of the hosts. Their daughter was super responsive in texts, responding to all our queries and even helped us to plan the travel to our next destination better. They even helped us with scooter rental, Tuktuks for all our travels, and fed us with a huge breakfast. Loved the hospitality of the hosts a lot.

A very wholesome stay, absolutely stunning and unique views (looking out at a waterfall while being served breakfast!) The food prepared for us in the evening was possibly the best food in our 2 weeks in Sri Lanka! Room was great, big bed, clean. Made to feel very welcome and at home. Wouldn’t change a thing!

There is nothing we did not like about this place and heartily recommend it. However, there was a few things that were a little unclear to me that I thought other travelers might find a benefit in clarifying . 1. Room number two has the most expansive view but it is a queen bed. Not a king bed as listed. If you want or need a king bed room number three has a king bed. The view is still spectacular but not quite as nice. 2. There is no washing machine as listed in amenities, so if you need a 2-hour turnaround that might be a problem. However, the wonderful staff sent our laundry out in a 1-day turnaround at a very reasonable price, so otherwise it's no big deal. 3. Although it is only a 20-minute walk to town, you are on a ridge road above the town and the road is quite steep and winding. If you are fit and like walking or have a vehicle, no problem at all. But you are not as close to town as the distance might appear. There are a few nice restaurants right in the area though. And the hotel will provide dinner with advance notice if you want. Again, these are not big things and we would certainly stay here again and heartily recommend it, but thought it was worth clarifying.

This is an absolutely beautiful place with an unfettered view for 180° of the mountains, a waterfall + jungle and agricultural Fields. The pictures do not do it justice. The host is super friendly and responsive and the staff at the accommodation are wonderful. A particular shout out to Arul for all his hard work to make our stay so enjoyable. The breakfast every morning is varied and served on your private balcony. Doesn't get much better than this!

There were few monkeys visiting us everyday 🙈🐒 They didn’t cause any trouble! I am just scared of them hehe.

I booked this stay for two nights by looking at the reviews. And they didn’t fail me! I must say the photos don’t do justice to the actual experience that I got from here. The view is phenomenal. Breakfast was great and was neatly arranged every morning in our balcony. The host family was so so kind and took care of us like their own. Loved their hospitality totally!

This was one of the best stays we had during our time in Sri Lanka. The family run property was spectacular with some of the best views I have ever seen. We had a lovely breakfast served to us on our balcony every morning. The family also acknowledged my birthday by buying me a cake and singing happy birthday to me. They arranged a tuk tuk every morning into the town and also a super early ride to the station to get our train. Please do not think twice about booking this property as the whole experience was 10 outta 10! Beautiful place and lovely people.

Bit of a trek (uphill!) to get to but I didn’t mind too much. I would have also appreciated another bin in the room in addition to the bathroom one. I also noticed that all my belongings in the room got very damp after a day & night of heavy rainfall, not sure how this could be helped.

Lovely apartment with a great view (although I didn’t realise mine was garden facing and not the same as the pictures). It was clean and had everything I needed. Hosts were lovely, super helpful and the food was exceptional.

Very nice guest house with a great view. Breakfast and dinner were served on the balcony with a view of Mount Ella. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Vegan food was available on request. Everything was very clean. We liked it a lot here.

Where do I start… this was one of our favourite stats ever!! The glorious nature inn has amazing views over the valley including of Ella Rock and Little Adam’s peak, amazing sunrises! Peaceful location, not too far walk into town about 20 minutes (uphill on the way back!). But what made it special was our incredible hosts, especially the gentleman who looked after us, was incredibly friendly and could not be more helpful. The breakfasts were amazing as well and we had dinner one night which was also incredible. Clean, spacious rooms as well. Would highly recommend!!

When doing the check-out, they gave us the rate of a "room 4" with a higher price. When we told the host he rectified, but we didn't like it. The balcony door doesn't block with the floor, so some insects can entter the room. The communication was a bit difficult sometimes.

We enjoyed so much the views and the breakfast in the balcony. Our room (room 3) was clean and very comfortable. You have to take in consideration that to have these views the location of the hotel is up in a hill, you need to go by tuktuk between the city and the hotel.
