We unfortunately had some issues with ants and some roaches but the caretaker was very helpful and quickly took care of that problem within the first couple of days.

Tastefully furnished, beautiful views all around. The caretaker was so helpful and always available for any request we had. Quite, away from the hustle and bustle of the city yet literally a few minutes away from all places of interest. Safe and secure location. Awesome rooftop!

The pots and pans in the kitchen were dated and sometimes inadequate to cook for the whole family. The supply of toiletries has to be regular as described in the listing.

We liked the clean spacious peaceful environmet and the friendly helpful staff. The house was well equipped with all what we needed for our one month stay. The staff attended to our needs promptly without hesitation. Well secured place with comfortable beds

Too many locks on the gate makes it cumbersome to enter and exit at times. The CCTV camera inside the house needs to be removed rather than taped. An AC for the living areas is needed. The dog next door kept barking at times.

they gave only one set of keys for 6 people. It was a real issue when we want to go out and come. after our repeated request another set of keys were given. parking is a bit of a issue. parking area is very limited only two cars can be parked. can not use big cars or vans. access to the property road is not carpeted, and not smooth at all. road is very narrow, the van we hired to go to the airport refused to come closer to the apartment as the road was terribly damaged and access to go closer to the apartment was real challenge. Van parked on top of the road and we had to carry 10 baggage up to the road. it was a frustrating exercise. apartment gates are not remote control, during the rain we have to park the vehicle out side and come and open the gates by ourselves to get in to the apartment. apartment has no lift. we were given 3rd flow, there is 41 steps to climb. all our baggage we had to carry to the 3rd flow. after a long flight, it was too much for us. when we checked out the same song. owner has to consider having remote control gates, a lift, and repair the access road. I am sure all guests face these issues.

Property was very clean. Caretaker and cleaning lady were very friendly and helpful. it is a very spacious apartment, all the basic equipments were there in the kitchen to use.

The place seem to be old but renovated, living room is so hot, kitchen hood not working, too much mosquitos and disgusting insects found in room and in bathrooms, rooms doesn’t have dim light no fan. Doors make extremely loud noise. Extremely small rooms. Ac was leaking.No smart TV. The shower cabinet door was broken and hanging. WiFi was cut off on departure day even though we had extra night booked for late check out

First of all when we arrived we would like to have coffee/tea there’s not enough cutlery’s to find. The next morning we search all the drawers and find it. My suggestion is prepare and put everything easy to find. This was the only things need to improved. (Cutlery were disarray) this were minor things need to look at.

Our stay was excellent the property manager was very polite. The apartment is clean and very cozy to stay. And the place was big. We love the place.
