Not as quiet as one can expected. Sound proofing of the accommodation could be improved as there is music from another property in the evening and various noises at night.

The property is very beautiful; food was delicious. The laundry service is very effective and staff very helpful. We had a very good time there and the room was amazing.

Nothing absolutely perfect

Such a beautiful relaxing property to stay in for a few days, we stayed here for 3 nights to have abit of relaxation after a long flight and it was just what we needed, right in the middle of nature so calm and peaceful. The staff here were amazing did everything they could for us and helped us with sorting out plans. It’s about a 10 min tuk tuk to the main town so not too far for a dinner night out but the food here was perfect so we didn’t feel the need to go out much! Also the pool is perfect for the hot sun here in Sri Lanka

That we can only stay for 1 night as we need to travel back to UAE. One night is not enough to enjoy this amazing place, the pool, the food, the surroundings and everything about it.

The name really resonates the place. It's not a case of disappointing expectation vs reality experience. It exceeded my expectations. I will definitely come back and refer it to other travelers.

After spending 3 weeks travelling around Sri Lanka we needed a bit of relaxation. Goddess Garden provides this and more. The pool is amazing for the hot Sigiriya sun. The staff were incredible and on site at all times to help with anything. Breakfast and dinner were divine and extremely reasonable. They offered a laundry service which was, washed, dried and delivered to our room folded neatly. Located within farm land and lakes its a place full of wild life and in particular birds. They provide tuk tuks at a good price to partake on local excursions. They arranged a lift there and back to Pidurangala rock at 6am. Same with Dambulla rock. Other offerings are available. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time at Goddess Garden! The place was spotlessly clean, and the pool was absolutely perfect for relaxing after exploring Sigiriya. The room lacked a mini fridge, which would have been helpful for storing cold drinks in the warm weather. Additionally, the road leading to the hotel is narrow and might be challenging to navigate. Despite these minor issues, the overall experience was enjoyable.

The hotel provides a calm and soothing atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. The pool is clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall pleasant experience. The room was clean, and the breakfast was a highlight, especially the delicious milk rice with lunu miris and a hint of kochchi for extra flavor. The owner was very kind and welcoming, and the room boy’s humorous and charming nature added a personal touch to the stay. Its location near Sigiriya is also convenient for sightseeing.

Despite that the room was spacious, it could have been more clean - the sheets were not very clean and the walls could be repainted. There is no ventilation in the bathroom, so there is a damp smell. AC is old and works very very loudly.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. There was a nice clean pool which was refreshing after hot day. They grow fruits and vegetables just in their garden, so it is nice to eat fresh food.

Food was quite basic but expected and was really tucked away down a bumpy dirt track, so if you are renting a tuktuk you need to be careful and take your time. We tried to not travel in the dark.

Nice facilities, clean pool, clean bathroom, large rooms, friendly staff, amazing wildlife all around and very quiet. It was also about a 20 minute tuktuk drive from the rocks.

The food is really poor, the worse we have had in Sri Lanka. Since the hotel is so secluded you will likely have dinners and breakfasts in the hotel, so you are stuck with bad food.

Nothing everything was perfect

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel so welcome, it was peaceful, and surrounded by nature, loved watching the wildlife from around the pool. We had breakfasts and lunch here and both were home made and very filling. The hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They even tried to sort the tv out to watch the euro finals! A handful of good restaurants locally, just ask and they will call you a Tuk Tuk. As a family we were all sad to leave. Just amazing x
