Bathroom door lock was broken, No TV, No shampoo and conditioner or hair dryer, only soap provided. Water was leaking from the air conditioner. The balcony looked nothing like the photos. Breakfast was disappointing,

I booked another kind of room when I arrived they said that room already give to another person. So I have to choose another room and pay extra. There is no water bottles, coffee, tea and tv also not working no Chanel. Specially that room bed one side already broken. I just bring my vehicle so many times I call to owner push back his car and arrange space for my vehicle, but he say 5 minutes until next day he not arrange.

There is no mosquito and clean room.

I went this property for my airport transit purpose, but after reaching the property only I came to know that after Covid and after this political changes I’m the first person entering this property 🥹 could be good property, but we disappointed very much about the cleanliness in the room, Floor looks very oily, towel smells horrible, no bed sheet 😭 no drinking water in room, No hot water 🚿 etc..

The owner of the property being nice to us..he managed us to check in at 4am..

There is no one there to ask anything we need. Unclean bed, all the equipment's (TV, Fridge etc) not working the electric plugs were broken Unclean bathroom, bad odor inside the room. As per the booking breakfast included but no one is there to ask, then I called to owner about the breakfast, he is asking me "Is that breakfast included?" after he checked the booking site he said yes, it is included and brought breakfast but the plate, fork, spoon was unclean. (I don't think anyone can eat like this), I searched the trash bin, there is nothing there in the room or in the rest room, then finally I put it in a bag and brought to downstairs. During my stay, I don't see anyone staying there other than me, I am so scared to stay there.

The room was not well maintained, and there was an unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom. The door lock of the washroom was broken, which caused discomfort. Although breakfast was included in my package, it was not provided, and I was unexpectedly asked to pay additional charges to receive it. Overall, the experience was disappointing and did not meet my expectations.

Hud ciuld be bether. First neighber preapare to start building. It would be better if the sound system from the mosque didn't sound every morning at 5 am.

Have buda room. Everything is new or almost new. Have big terrasy at the roof. Room was realy big. Everyday have diferent breakfast (continental, srilanka,…) Have spa with tea box. I tried, it was amazing. Divecentar is near by. In the taverna near by thay get me to prepare food, we go together to by fresh fish and prepear together.

1.Bathroom had no lock!! 2.TV had no connection 3.AC was not efficient....not at all!! 4.The main door of the room had big wide cracks/openings. 5.The door of the bathroom had big wide cracks. 6.Had to ask for bottle of water everyday....no prompt service. 7.The area where the hotel is located is quite far from the main market or restaurants.And this area is quite dirty and filthy. 8.The breakfast served for 3 days was same everyday and had no other option! 9.Complete waste of money this hotel was!!

Location - Not convenient Facilities - as not as mentioned in the description. (A/C didn't work, washroom was not clean as expected, no soap at least. TV was sealed with tapes. Very noisy. Doors had damage and even our sides can sneak into the room. Cleanliness - not satisfied Sea view - Not a good view. Suggestion - try another place.
