Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

It’s so serene that nightlife lovers might find it a bit too quiet, but for relaxation it’s just perfect.
A perfect escape into peace and calm the sounds of the jungle and the luxurious spa make it unforgettable The food is excellent.

While the surroundings were calm and peaceful, and the environment quiet, the lights were a little bit dull.
We had a fantastic stay at your hotel and truly appreciated the warm hospitality. My kids were especially happy and enjoyed every moment. The room was exceptionally comfortable and beautifully maintained.

The Communication was quite Hard because no one there really was Speaking or understanding english. the location is nice but there is anything like a market, coffee Shop around so if you dont have a tuktuk or a vehicle you have to eat at the homestay (food was nice, but Took a very long time to be prepared) The wifi isnt that good, so it’s hard to work from there - so be prepared if You Need a good Connection
The Garden and the House was Nice and the Family is very cute and helpful with everything. The Food they cooked for us was delicious and there were big portions available. This is a nice place to chill for a day and go on the safari (they organized a private Safari for us - this was Nice )

Slightly weird set up. There is no one around, and they send you to another hotel for dinner. This was fine, but we tried to go for dinner the next night and it was closed. Lack of communication. There is not much around anywhere but not necessarily the hotels fault.
Clean big room with everything we needed. Close to national park, and helpful with booking safari.

We booked a room (deluxe with balcony) that included breakfast but staff tried to charge us for it. I had to prove it was included (which it was!) in a lengthy and unpleasant conversation.
Good clean room with aircon and balcony. The setting was lovely with its own pond. Well situated for Yala NP - which I think most guests come for.

Good place, close to Yala park. Room clean, peaceful, saw monkeys and birds outside. Food good but not many choices. Nice for nature lovers and relaxing stay.

Haritha Resort very good place. Close to Yala park, only small drive. Staff very kind, help me book safari jeep and also give lunch box for morning trip. Room clean, bed soft, and good sleep.

The property is green and calm...The room was comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure, which I really appreciated after a long day. Only thing is, the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty in our room, but honestly, it didn’t matter too much, we were out most of the time anyway. Great place to stay if you’re planning a trip to Yala!
