We liked everything

A Beautiful boutique hotel tucked away in the heart of a village but within easy reach of all the main sites. All the rooms were spacious with lovely furniture, comfortable beds and bed linen and well appointed. The communal areas and pool were so relaxing. The owner and staff were very attentive, friendly & professional, providing a wealth of information about the local area and helping to organise cost effective tours. The food (breakfast and evening meal) was delicious and inexpensive.

If I could give a tip, it would be to have more sunbeds (could also be on the grass part not next to the swimmingpool).

Location was not within easy walking distance to a town or shops so we were unable to head out for lunch/dinner (which was fine as Hotel Heladiv had great food options at their restaurant).

Staff were fantastic and friendly. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean, and the shower had hot water. Restaurant on site had tasty food and the whole premises had a calming vibe.

The hotel is nice, clean, and has a pool. Breakfast was good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It's a bit further out from the city, so you're more or less forced to eat at the hotel, but the food is good and the price/quality is excellent.

Very quiet place with large and clean rooms, swimming pool in a luxuriant garden. The service is spectacular. You feel welcome from the beginning to the end. They helped us accommodate our visits and transportation, and much more (including my daughter Birthday). Thank you to the entire team.

A perfect place to explore the temples of Anuradhapura and Mihintale. We asked for a private guide and the hotel set us up with one of the best guides, a very friendly and experienced man. We arrived at noon, refreshed ourselves in the pool and great rooms (good beds!) and at 4pm the guide took us to Mihintale. We had a great dinner at the hotel and also the breakfast was a 100%. At 9:30am our guide took us with his tuktuk to the temples and showed us around this magnificent place. We finished the day with a refreshing dive in the pool. A great stay and highway recommended!

We just stayed 3 nights at the hotel Heladiv in Anuradhapura. We had a great time. Wonderful rooms, nice relaxing area's and open restaurant and a very nice pool. The staff realy goes out of their way to help you and make your stay more comfortable. 5 star experience. Excellent value for money! It's a bit out of the way, but that's not a problem. Breakfast is very nice, but everybody morning the same. They could give a bit more variation. But I do highly recommend this place! They arranged a very nice and informative tuktuk tour to the ancient city of Anuradhapura. If your looking for a friendly and good guide, ask for Sanjana. Great value.

It felt like an oasis, with an amazing refreshing pool and a lush garden. The staf and food were great. Great help with organizing trips to the tempels and an amazing Safari. The food is delicious!

The main road to get to the hotel is not great, very bumpy.

The hotel was very nice. The swimming pool was not a big size but it wasn't busy so we had a great time. The restaurant was lovely and the food was very nice. The staff is friendly and always helpful. They gave us a free upgrade and both our room were very nice and comfortable. We had a lovely stay.
