Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sri LankaThere's no Garden view, Landmark view, City view as mentioned. And there is no Private kitchen. People were there, sound and noisy. Mentioned patio was used by other people. None of the photos shown on the website didn't match when we go there. The room given was entirely different and not in any of the photos. So small when compared to the rooms in the photos.
The room and washroom are clean.

United KingdomThe reception could have been better. The initial focus was on payment, followed by a check on the ID card. While the room was shown, no help was given. There was no introduction to the facilities, no information about the Wi-Fi password, and only a tiny bar of soap was available—no shampoo or toilet tissue. Although there was a shared kitchen, I didn’t use it. The room had no kettles, tea or coffee supplies, or even a glass or cup. I received only one towel, with no hand towels or tissues. The front door was locked by 10 PM, and we had to call the owner to gain access. There was no prior warning about this arrangement, and if the phone numbers hadn’t worked, it would have been easy to get locked out all night. On the positive side, the air conditioner worked well, and there were no mosquitoes—great!

Sri LankaSmall room. Crushed bedsheets linen. Old towels. No WiFi. Noisy. Unclean kitchen. Too many unwanted furniture cramped in the room. Poor response. Front elevation like a junk yard garage. Not safe to walk.
The check out timewhat I read was12 noon. But they said it’s 10am. Whereas they charged me extra 1.500/- for late checkout 2.30pm I informed them earlier I’ll be checking out at 2.30pm for train schedule but they remained tight lipped until I arrived the location. Unhappy with their services. Not upto standards.
