We had a perfect stay at Hugging Clouds! The staff is lovely and very accommodating. Clean room and good food. Would definitely recommend this place if you are climbing Adam’s peak.

Service was great, cooked us food whenever we needed, were okay with later check out after climbing Adam’s peak. They’re friendly and flexible and perfect location for Adam’s peak hike.

Shower pressure was awful. However I reckon any hotel in area probably has same issue. Fine for one night stay

The perfect starting point for Sri Pada. The room is cozy and has everything you'll need. Madu is a caring perfect host!

The staff was extremely friendly and the food was the best we had so far in Sri Lanka. It is also close to the start of the Adam‘s Peak hike which is a plus if you start your hike in the night.

Even though we were the only guests at Hugging Clouds because of the low season, we felt very welcome. We loved the food and the friendly staff.

We had an amazing time at Hugging Clouds! Darshana welcomed us and was so lovely and helpful. The continental breakfast they serve is so tasty and we also loved their juices and coffee. For the food, prices are very attractive compared to other restaurants around. This is also ideally located for Adam’s Peak trail. The room has all the basics you need for a short stay. We would definitely come back in Hugging Clouds if we were travelling again in this place! We recommend 100%

I loved it!

The staff were super helpful and friendly. Gave us some tips on what time to leave to hike up Adam’s Peak for the sunrise. Really comfortable place.

It doesn’t have aircon but you can ask for a fan. Even though it was hot outside, inside was a pleasant temp and no issue with that. Just something to consider if you like your room to be really cold for sleeping.

We booked this place to climb the Sri Padaya (Adam’s peak), and it was absolutely exceptional! The hospitality of the owners, especially Darshana, was beyond words. They went out of their way to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay for us! The rooms were very clean and comfortable. There was also hot water in the shower, which was very handy after the climb. The food in the restaurant is yummy, we had dinner and breakfast! Can’t recommend enough to anyone looking for a place to climb Sri Padaya!

This is simple hostel/hotel in walking distance to trail for Adams peak. The staff were really kind and helpful, giving advice for the hike and preparing packed breakfast we could bring. Also offers good dinner and breakfast, and beautiful view. Highly recommend!

The people were very kind. After we hiked the Adam's peak they allowed us to had a shower even after out check out. amazing and kind people

I had a great stay at Hugging Clouds. It is very clean and close to Adam’s Peak and the restaurant on site is very good! The only issue while I was staying there was repeated power outages however it could have just been my timing.

Staff were lovely, very helpful and all the food breakfast and meals were fantastic. Highly recommend

Food was very good, you can walk right to the Sri Pada trail so it's very convenient. The staff is ready to assist with anything!
