The bed was really comfortable, the location was really good and it was the only good shower I had in Sri Lanka. The staff was really helpful in planing activities, tours and transportation.

The location was superb

While I arrived, i found that the staff missed my order while we've already double checked about the check in time after booking. Luckily there is still available space. The staff also played really loud music with several clients during 1 or 2 am, :(

- location was great - shower was nice and hot- good pressure! Also enough showers & toilets - big lockers to put stuff

- sheets were dirty - no aircon - no curtains - door doesn’t properly close in women’s room - no hooks to hang things - I think it’s a bit overpriced for what it is - small common room, not a social hostel though

Food was nice and served hot.

I really liked that it had a wood heater, the beds were super comfortable, the bathrooms are quite good and super clean

Clean with comfortable beds and big lockers. Staff are friendly and the accommodation is in a central location.

Not much sound proofing from the social area or other rooms. Front door has to be unlocked every time you want to come in but that does add a level of security. Prices for tours and drop off at station are a bit too much.

Very modern and quiet hostel, easy to meet people.

Well located property with lovely hot shower and thick duvets. Beds were very comfy.

Social area could do with more seats, things like bottled water were unavailable to buy.

The staff is very friendly and polite and the place is very clean its in center of the city very near to the bus stand very accessible

Cozy hostel with a spacious common area and the best showers in Nuwara Eliya. Loved the cute chimney that kept the space warm. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Location is quite central, close to restaurants. Unfortunately, it rained the whole time so I didn’t explore much.

the heavy raindrops on the rooftop were quite loud, which might bother light sleepers.

Great central location, close to all the attractions and restaurants in town. Comfortable stay with clean bathroom and bedroom. Would recommend for people wanting a chilled stay.

Location was a bit strange, Nuwara Eliya is a big place though

The owner and staff were so so kind and helpful. I got food poisoning on a hike and they let me stay and extra night to recover. The owner delayed his trip so he could check if I was ok and his brother who is a doctor came to see me and got me prescriptions to recover. They were so generous with they time and care. Fantastic people!
